There is no users manual, only a few videos which don't even cover all basic features. There are so many options that you can get lost trying to figure out how to adjust the tool.

Deputy manager 

The ease of use, the great support (chat or by telephone) and the possibility  to make changes in the shiftplan and inform the staff simultaneously without the need to use group chats or so on.

DHL 

This product is user friendly and I like the feature where you can be able to delete and readd.

External IT coordinator

IPad time clock is amazing. Setting up is complex (not complicated): until all things are configured - how are breaks handled.

Project Manager

The papershift software is very easy to use, youdont need knowldge in planning and development.I can summarize this as Usa.bility(the ability to be used by all).

The main problem was to get all informations to a single point. With Papershift we have the users and times with Vacations on one place.

Freelancer

I very much liked its fuctions to choose your availibilty. You can either choose the work if you want to work at that day.

Missing mobile and tablet app functionalifies.

Everyone is encouraged to participate in organizing.

It's a simpler system for a small organisation like ours to have and use.

The customer support is great and very helpful but since the program is very easy to handle and self-explaining there were not many situations where I needed their support yet.

Amazing product 

I have been using Papershift for 2 months and satisfied its functions.

It works. Some of the documentation must be improved, but it's there. Without checking documentation, we would not be able to use it.

With Papershift we were able to cover the entire staff planning in the logistics centre. Previously, a weekly schedule required around 8 working hours, now the same work can be done in less than an hour, as the shifts can be booked automatically, or weekly schedules can be easily transferred.

Ich weiß nicht, welches Business mit diesem Tool sauber arbeiten soll - "normale Unternehmen" auf jeden Fall nicht.

Vielleicht ist es für die Gastro oder für Kneipen brauchbar, aber auf gar keinen Fall für klassische Betriebe/GmbHs

Wir ändern Preise entweder mit Vorankündigung oder wenn ein neues Paket durch den Self-Service gebucht wird. Nachfragen per E-Mail oder Chat werden innerhalb weniger Stunden beantwortet. Telefonisch sind wir Mo-Fr 9-17 Uhr erreichbar.

Ich interpretiere in die Logikfehler, dass wir Deinen Anwendungsfall in Papershift nicht vollständig abbilden konnten. Wenn in Deinem Fall noch zusätzliche Bugs aufgetreten sind, möchten wir uns dafür entschuldigen.

Papershift ist eine Platform, die es Organisationen ermöglicht, Personaleinsatzplanung besser zu regeln. Dabei müssen wir Themen priorisieren, die einen Großteil unserer Kunden betreffen. vielen Dank fur Deine Bewertung. Leider verstehe ich nicht genau, was Du mit "die zuletzt verwendete Auswahl wird beim nachsten Login nicht ubernommen" meinst. Aber bezuglich der zeitlichen Sortierung kann ich Dir vielleicht helfen: Wenn Du im Dienstplan die Ansicht wechselst zu "Wochenansicht: Stunden" (uber das Zahnrad rechts oberhalb des Kalenders), werden die Schichten nach ihrer Startzeit sortiert (Sortierung nach Endzeit ist ebenfalls moglich uber das Zahnrad).
Ich hoffe, ich konnte Dir damit helfen.
