Appling leave on pause was too easy, tracking leave and navigating the portal was so convenient gonna miss that portal. I personally recommended my friend's father for this to have a look he liked the most for the interface and navigation.

Found nothing to specify hope it comes soon again.

Ease of use is the best part of Pause. Even half day leave durations can be tracked. The best part is slack - google calendar integration which is so much reliable feature.

The website is a sometimes a little bit less responsive which needs to be optimised.

Nothing as such. gives all updates very quickly and there is no any issues

I like that is a really friendly-easy platform and connects with Slack, which makes our lives and time-off request easier. Also, I like that you can know who is out for some days.

At the beginning I did not know exactly how to use it in Slack, then needing to use the /pause was a challenge, because I was using other symbols, but after that everything was easier

Calendar and leave tracking option is a bit hard to understand

Pause is a great leave management tool that gives employees and employers control over leaves. With this tool employers can manage unplanned leaves, and approves/disapprove them. For the employee, it's a tool to manage thier pending leave no matter whether it's sick leave or planned leave. It's slack support is a great addition.

The slack integration although great addition, is cumbersome to use on the channel. The notification system should give the leave approval messages on time.

It was easy to use and user friendly. Helped me to keep a track of everything

Opening the calendar page was really a headache because the website slows down like a snail

The non-deductible leave types count weekends as part of the leave tally.

Managing the leaves and holidays is very good in pause

Pause is very slow as compared to others. When. we open the calendar it takes ages to open.

I think the best thing about pause is its easy to use interface and its integrations with other softwares like slack and Calendar, which informs about the leave of an employee to their colleagues.

I can't think of any cons about using pause. In my opinion people should use Pause in any case.

Pause is good. I think we will have a hard time in case we do not have it. We mostly just use the Slack integration.

Doesn't integrate with Payroll. I think they have a workaround for it, but for a company like ours, we definitely need payroll integration.

Using pause eliminates paperwork and Removes manual interventions.It provides real-time visibility of data and also Ensures legal compliance.

It consumes more time to load and is slow to open the page selected
