I love that it allows employees the ability to access and change their profiles and be responsible for their timecards.

I love how user friendly this product is for everyone. Everything is very self explanatory and if you have any questions, customer service is very helpful and patient.
Overall our rapidly growing business was due for a professional, easy, and affordable tool to manager payroll, benefits, HR related things, etc. and this was perfect.
Pros
I love that it works extremely well and truly supports my business. I love that I can define my process and that the software doesn’t force me into a box by defining my process for me.
This product is very easy to use. The layout is clean, simple, and the best part is it helps you stay organized.
What I like best is the customer service. Once we signed on, we were immediately assigned a rep that is always there to answer questions and help me walk me through new functions.
Cons
We have been very frustrated with our implementation and ongoing service. They push to go live in a very short amount of time but did a terrible job of working to make sure the set up was right.
I have had several daily timecards messed up because of this.
When researching Paycom the only negative review I seemed to come across was difficulty with the software.
Cons
I feel the software should have access to review paystubs and pay info. Having a separate website is a hassle and inconvenient.
Its a little annoying that in order to go from one employees profile to another that I have to go all the way back to the list of employees and search for the next.
Although they are missing a few software details, they have gone above and beyond in meeting our companies very personalized needs.
