Pros

Granted this and Kronos are the only time keeping applications i’ve used, Paycom happens to be the best of the best in terms of reliability, functionality, and looks.
I like that this software is easily accessible to all users and the training videos they provide helps users to input their information with ease.
We have really enjoyed the ability to pull all the reports for the many aspects of payroll. Our employees enjoy being able to pull all of their information.

Pros

This platform is very easy to use and continues to improve with every update. Amazing for sales/recruiting and always has a responsive customer service.
It has an interesting interface, very affordable when it comes to be used and a top quality technical service.
It’s super easy to use and understand. Yo i love the Chatter feature because you can reach out to and keep anyone in the loop with any issues or important matters.

Cons

The document management system was atrocious- once a document is uploaded the title cannot be changed so user error can complicate reporting and sorting. The ATS function was the absolute worst.
We have been very frustrated with our implementation and ongoing service. They push to go live in a very short amount of time but did a terrible job of working to make sure the set up was right.
There's a simple lack of fluidity to just about everything. The interface is inconsistent and shows signs of several incomplete re-skins.

Cons

One of the disadvantage which i find is to be with the pricing as it is on a bit higher side and the downtime is sometimes is very irritating.
Lack of pdf generation on clicking of custom button is a MAJOR limitation. Very poor customer support.
Often, you must adapt your process to the tool, not the tool to your process and that's the hardest part of Salesforce implementation. Also, multiple administrators can destroy your organization.
