Positive. Mobile and Desktop applications are not so different as to cause confusion. Day to day use is easy.
The web app interface is easy to navigate for employees, management and HR. Permissions for certain aspects are managed by HR or an admin.
Some of the interfaces making accessing what feels like related info hard to find under a different heading.

I find the website easy to use. The customer service is also good, always able to solve my problems quickly.
I hate the new time card, and I believe some things were changed in training modules and I didn’t like that much either.
