PCR helps us track overall sales metrics and tie it to sales revenue for our Search division. Because of PCR we are able to keep over our current clients and business development targets updated real time for our team across the country.
Has what we need from a both a CRM and ATS standpoint. Great team of people to work with.
Would like some additional customization of analytics reporting functionality to reflect revenue model of our company that includes executive search, retained search, contract staffing and rpo.

Pro Tool, good for CRM or ATS or both. Surprising number of different kinds of organizations use it.
Does a lot of complex stuff for a fraction of the cost of the big ATS. Best Outlook integration. Strong data model. Probably fits your needs. 'Rollup List' concept innovative and useful.
Complexity requires training but sharp people can pick it up fast enough. Odd bits of extra clicks and weirdness, getting better with time.

All the wishes and ideas I had for Bullhorn, were in PCR. Bullhorn may have them now, yet the ability to have full reporting features (without extra costs), automated emails, roll up lists, scheduling events, rating systems, Outlook integration (without the extra costs) was amazing! Plus, the were excellent on contractual obligations, and very flexible.
Right now, as all tracking systems, it does feel like a challenge to get use to a brand new system and logic. Yet this is for most systems. It would be nice if their 1 user package was just a bit less expensive, though they did work with me on start up costs.

It is an applicant tracking system that I started using regularly (after intensive training) in June 2016. The software is pretty user friendly, once everything is set up. It took them a while to start the training (not sure if it was circumstantial or if this is regular practice). Then, it took a little while to get everything set up for the connections between the PCR and the web and email extensions. Once all is set up, it’s relatively easy to utilize, however gets a little cumbersome when you need to make changes or add fields, etc and training is a must.

Fantastic products and amazing support
PCRecruiter offers tremendous flexibility for those that want more from their ATS.
Mass emails are a pain, but once you learn the system, it works fine.

This is a very great ATS system if you are looking for a simplified way to manage your candidates. There are other ATS that I was going to consider, but once I seen the demo and the excellent price I committed myself to a 3 year contract..
The ease of use and navigation and the price for this ATS
In a previous ATS system I was using you can email the resume to their system and it will automatically parse it into your database, which makes it easier. This system doesn't do that.
You may want to investigate our Resume Inhaler, which is a desktop app for Windows that does allow you to parse resumes into the system automatically from email. We are looking at ways of doing that without a desktop app in the future.

I would highly reccomend this product to anyone interested in taking ones respective recruiting / talent managemtent business to the next level. They are one of the few vendors left that actually listen to what users want / need. A must have!!!
Personify has been a main sequence / PCR customer since early 2001. Prior to selection (and candidly since) we have reviewed other ATS / CRM systems and have yet to find a provider as end user focused at Main Sequence. In our eight year run with PCR we have yet to have one issue go unresolved and in fact, in many instances, PCR has developed customized solutions that truly could only fit what our firm was trying to accomplish. There is ZERO question this is the ATS of choice - I would highly reccomend this product.
As indicated in my previous reccomendation, I truly do not see any real downside to PCR. I say this because they are so focused on meeting the demands of their respective end users. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Technical Support, Training and Billing and truly in all instances- I was thoroughly satisfied.

i have been able to create a mass mailing program to reach out to all my contacts at the same time with the touch of one key. This tool along with tracking of job orders and applicants has been paramount for a small executive search firm agency trying to compete on the world stage.
its ease of use for someone like me who has never used an ATS.
i havent found anything to complain about , everything is still very new to me but i really havent had any limitations on what to accomplish

If I was looking for a cost effective ATS for a smaller company, I would purchase PCR again as long as I wasn't going to ask it to do to much.
I liked the flexibility of PC Recruiter ATS. You need to have better than average computer knowledge to get decent results from the software, but overall, for the price point, it's not terrible. PCR has a built in AD source tracker and support is always willing to provide a pixel for AD sites they do not work with regularly. Candidate tracking is very flexible and search functions are ok, they can be great if you understand how to work with the advanced search features, which takes a little studying.
CRM. Lacks function and flexibility in the way it's configured the same as the ATS side. It's very difficult to track prospects through a work flow. Canned reports are difficult to set up. Information doesn't transfer from one section of the database to the other, causing you to have to run multiple reports to achieve the desired results.

It is very helpful
This is one of the easiest ATS system I have used before.. I like how it is easy to upload candidates and companies
The only think I do not like is it is not very flexible for the Mac Users, I have a Mac computer and I cannot integrate it with my Microsoft office email, I have to use the email in PC Recruiter to get candidates who apply

I am able to set-up pretty much anything in the backend that I want to do.Hard to do this in other ATS systems
It can be complicated to move around in and figure out simple features such as emailing or setting up form letter templates

Very responsive and able to get us started in a short amount of time. The software is very user friendly and easy to understand.
We had expressed interest in having an automatic posting to external sources like we had with our previous ATS. We were told they partnered with LogicMelon for that and it was supposed to be affordable. After getting a demo, we found out it was double the cost of the ATS, so it is unfortunately not an option for us. That means manual posting to multiple sites which is very time consuming.

My organization is an RPO company in which we engage multiple clients. In most of these engagements, we bring an ATS solution. We use PC Recruiter as our primary system. We have worked with the team from PC Recruiter for almost a year now and have had great success with their ATS. Overall we are very satisfied with the functionality and features of the system.
The greatest "Pro" that I can point to is the team at PC Recruiter. They have been extremely responsive to our needs and have been there every step of the way as we configure and deliver their system. They have also been very willing to receive feedback and develop upgrades that have been "game changers" for the way we work. The Customer Service team is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and timely in their responses.
Some of the system terminology and field names are confusing. The system is not overly intuitive. There is a bit of a learning curve if you want to leverage all of the bells and whistles that PCR has, but the Customer Service team is very helpful in helping you in your education.

Once you get used to it and are taught how to use it, It is an easy-to-operate Applicant Tracking System. It is also quite all-encompassing.
Can be finicky and tedious, especially when switching over to a different ATS. Also is hard to delete a company profile without deleting all of its employee profiles and contents.

This ATS is super easy, when I'm looking for a certain skill set I can search by a key word like you would on any job board and it will pull from their resume.
Just started using it so no improvements at this time, as long as I can do a search for candidates I'm good!
