Peoplebox has kept me accountable for my team's growth plan and this has significantly increased their trust in me. Peoplebox insights like the Performance Trend played a key role in my team's recent Performance Review cycle.

Pros

- Helps in better management of all my 1 -on- 1 meeting with prior discussion items and tracking action items. - Productivity Trend chart helps in capturing valuable weekly observations on a teammate. - The Engagement survey templates are well-curated. - The team is very receptive to feedback and new features are released at an impressive rate.

Cons

1 -on- 1 with Peers are not yet supported.

Simplicity and Ease of Use: Each performance management tool has its own unique design and interface, Peoplebox seems to be quite intuitive and user-friendly. This should enable the teams to get started and adapt quickly.Functionality: While other platforms might offer broader HR solutions (which we do not need, because of having BambooHR), Peoplebox's strength lies in its focus on performance management, engagement, and meeting efficiency.Integration: The ability of Peoplebox to integrate with other tools like Slack, MS Teams, and various HRIS tools is a significant advantage.

Objective Setting: Uses an OKR system, making it easier to set, track, and achieve our goals.Efficient Meetings: Helps streamline both one-on-one and team meetings by establishing agendas, facilitating feedback exchange, and keeping track of action points.Employee Engagement: Comes with features like pulse surveys that provide insights into team morale.Performance Reviews: Simplifies and automates the performance review process (once set up), which is a considerable advantage.

Price in comparison to similar solutions.Goal Cascading: The platform's approach to cascading organisational goals down to team/individual ones has potential for company-wide alignment. Peoplebox simplifies the goals and performance management process, The tool enables the team to receive timely feedback and track their OKRs and Action Items.

Pros

Easy-to-use features are the best thing. It doesn't require any training or learning to use it.

Cons

1:1 functionality could be improved like sync with the calendar for 1:1 is not that good it's does not work as expected and the UI Can improve, too many clicks one has to do.

Best Performance Evaluation Software

OKR Setting so that everyone is clear about what a specific role is of mine for a particular quarter or month, and evaluation of my performance on that basis.

Pros

Getting a platform to write about the accomplishment in detail. Even the reminder of we haven't filled anything helps us to write on time and submit properly without any delay or after the deadline.

Cons

I think in terms of UI it can be made a little interactive more.

UI and over all featues Features. Another notable benefit is the ability to facilitate ongoing communication between managers and employees, fostering a transparent and collaborative work environment. Regular feedback exchanges can lead to better performance outcomes and higher job satisfaction among team members.

Cons

Nothing as of now. Some organizations have unique performance management approaches that might not align perfectly with Peoplebox's framework. Limited customization options could be a drawback for such users.

The simplest way to track employee goals. Period.

Overall, I think it's been pretty great. I like how the product has helped me build a routine around tracking my goals, and the company's larger goals.

Pros

The fact that it's exceedingly simple to set up goals - either for oneself or for a team. What I also like about PeopleBox that it's easy to build a routine around it.

Cons

As of now, I haven't run into something I didn't explicitly like.

Overall experience with people box was good, i was using it for the performance appraisal system for my Juniors. Definitely saved my time of rating the employees and keeping a track of their goals.Also reminders were being sent consistently so kept us on track to complete the ratings.

Pros

Easy To use, It is well defined, can write reviews easily as the goals were integrated into the system

Cons

Most of the features i have liked as i said it was easy to use and fill reviews.

Its simple and easy to use. It helps in having a 1 on 1 connect with our managers and helps in suggesting questions to our managers and also helps in rating us based on our performance.

Cons

It would be great if the data visualization is better.To be honest there isnt much since we are using it on regular basis they provide high quality and high maintenance of the platform.

I am using this for performance management. A good tool to begin with for companies looking to setup performance management systems

Home Tab The dashboard setup looks great. Provides users with information on checkins and any action items with your own team, showcases goals at company and department level and provides a shortcut option to set up 1-on-1s an setup goals for your department or reportees. Goals Tab Clean, simple and easy to understand user interface. Provides the ability to the user to view the options available...

Cons

Home Tab - It will be nice to see individual level goals of the user as well on the dashboard on the home page, thus, making it easier to do a quick review. Goals Tab - Ability to update company goals, even if the owner of the goals is somebody else. E.g. I can add 'Key Results' by accessing any of the company goals. Ideally, this shoul be allowed only to those individuals who are allocated company...

Easy to Use, Includes important features, still early stage

We're using Peoplebox primarily to set and align objectives and key results across the organization. It works great for that function. We're also considering using it for employee engagement, including 1-1s and 360s. Haven't fully implemented that to see if it will meet our needs but expect it will.

Pros

Peoplebox is very easy to implement, has most of the important features we were looking for, and includes several of the solutions we were looking for, namely Goals/OKRs, 1-1s, and 360s.

Cons

It's still a pretty early stage company and product so some of the features are minimal, some basic functionality is either lacking or is underdeveloped, and customer support has been slow and tough to deal with even though they eventually figure it out. I'll take customer support actually returning emails and getting to the answer, even if it takes a few days over most of the terrible customer service out there these days though

Best platform for driving remote teams

We have been able to drive fast adoption of OKRs, get quick employee feedback and build strong connect across teams using the platform. The team is very forthcoming and helpful and very open to feedback.

Pros

It's ease of use and quick on boarding of the team.

Some required integrations are still in the process of being developed.

Good platform to foster personalized remote-work 1-on-1s!

I could say with the founders it has been an interesting experience however in the context of the product its an okay experience given that there is so much this platform could have done. Needs to trust the employer and let them choose what's best for their organization. Be suggestive about things than forceful as a platform.

Pros

We are a remote team working from various time zones and PeopleBox is an amazing platform for organizations like ours to care for the team members and foster deeper engagement and collaborations. The OKR feature is simple, effective, and easy to use. You can set goals for individuals, teams, and the Organization, as a whole. The pre-built surveys are a great starting point. Great to have all one-on-ones in one place. Simple and easy-to-understand insights.

Cons

It does not trust the employers who have bought the platform. Unfortunately, it offers no flexibility to decide when we need to receive anonymous feedback and when we can have open feedback. Heavy on anonymous feedback which is a least likely thing about PeopleBox. Other things I least like about this software is that it lacks: Team meetings agenda feature Threeway feedback loop Solid Mobile interface or app Relationship Tracker Rewards and Recognition

Peoplebox is new in the market, so quick TAT is required on the bug fixing and new enhancements should be implemented on a fast pace to stay competitive in the market

Cons

People box, we usually use for performance check, How we performed last week to this week and last month to this, comparison with each other. So that we can perform better, We can reach our goal.

Wanted to solve - aligned OKRs for the team - Understand the pulse of the team Benefits -Able to align goals top-down and bottom-up -Can run surveys to understand what our team is thinking,feeling, going through. -Can have well organised and structured one on one conversations - Team gets connected to each other with the coffee connect feature

Pros

Ability to structure and manage one on one discussions - each person can put in their talking points ahead of time, and we can create list of follow ups during or after the meeting. Its incredibly helpful, increases accountability, focus

Cons

Would love to be able to enhance the one on one feature and allow the same features for a staff meeting or a scrum. I'm told its under development
