Goal Setting, Tracking and Performance Management

Should have been more visual features like pie chart and all

Its very easy to use and it always remind you for every task

It didn't work well on phone. Its didn't show errors on phone

I think it is a great platform for managers and employees to interact and update each other on the work done

A bit confusing to use, all the operations are not described thoroughly.

The interface of the 1:1 has a lengthy list of dates

Simple & interactive UI made it a good to use, go-to tool. Going from manually adding a review to a complete automatic process, it was a great experience. Definitely recommended for all the companies who want to ease the process for their employees.

Don't think there is something I like the least, but there are many things which I definitely liked.

Setting up OKRs and collaborating with team, handling the review program with ease, integration with slack for operation.

Features were not easily discoverable. I could not understand the requirement of setting up meetings on the website

Software tools integration, UI is one of the biggest powers of peoplebox. The flows created here are very simple to understand by users working in multiple domains

Maybe have more control over notifications and frequency over summarising the overall activity in one.

Employee engagement analytics was fantastic. Loved to see the differences in how staff feel between different offices.

Have not used the product enough to suggest something I do not like.

Integration with other tools is made easy. Also performance reviews and feedback is made seamless.

Nothing as of now. Haven't explored tool much yet. So dont find any cons.

Overall Performance Management with 360 degree feedback was made easy by people box.

Overall product has all features required. There is nothing I didn't like.
