User Friendly

PeopleKeep has been great to give us a professional unbiased program to approve medical expenses. This takes the liability off of us. We are a very small company so this is a great fit since we do not offer full medical insurance.

Pros

Easy to use on the employee and on the employer side, easy to navigate, quick to approve or request more information.

Cons

The reports after you schedule a payment for an employee are difficult to read.

The cost of administration has been great and the ability to offer to apply monies toward employee health costs has been a great benefit to be able to offer.

Cons

This is very helpful also in the Time-Off Request feature.

Great solution for small, distributed business teams

We wanted to help our employees with health insurance and expenses, but couldn't find a plan to cover us with fewer than 10 people in multiple states.

Pros

The interface is simple and attractive, it's easy to customize the reminders and other aspects, and the customer service and information for employees has been great.

Cons

There isn't anything we don't like (so far).

Pros

The turnaround time for any problems is really quick.

I like the chat feature that is available....the chat feature makes it easy to get customer service quickly so any issues are addressed in a timely fashion.

Cons

One thing I dislike is for each month that is approved for reimbursement for each employee, it is not clear what month of coverage the approval is for.

Charged For 1 Year of Services Despite Cancelling Within Weeks of Setup & Never Utilizing

We believed wouldn't be an issue as we had not utilized the service what so ever (zero claims filed, no employees setup in the system, etc.)

Pros

We were unable to utilize the software long enough to develop any list of Pro's.

Cons

The software was not a solution for our employee needs in managing their QSEHRA benefits.

Great for giving employees more choice and flexibility when it comes to health benefits

The format of giving a monthly stipend for employees to use towards health insurance as well as other health related products/services is interesting and makes managing health benefits much easier in many ways from management's perspective.

Perfect option for small business

Great solution for QSEHRA management

It has helped us manage our QSEHRA which saves my few administrative staff much time. We are able to use PeopleKeep instead of dealing with the extra cost of the hours we would otherwise spend dealing with all the paperwork.

Pros

I like that it is easy to use, even for those who are tentative to operate a computer to submit medical claims for reimbursements.

Cons

At first it is a little confusing as the administrator to find certain reports that are needed, such as an employee's used balance and remaining balance in their HRA for the year.

What a great program for your health benefits!

The customer service to our employees is off the charts and the service they have offered our company has allowed us to have some sort of health benefit.

Pros

Wanting to keep employees healthcare private, this seemed to fit very well for us as they submit their receipts to a company that approves/denies.

Cons

I wish that the program connected with our main program that we use for onboarding and terminating so I wouldn't have to remember to login to PK to onboard or terminate an employee. I have definitely forgotten!

Our Company is not big enough to offer their own health insurance and this is a great way for them to give the employees some monies so they can get insured or for the people that already are insured can use the money to pay for Co-pays and other medical expenses.

Pros

I love how they walk you through step by step when entering a claim. It is very simple, only takes a few minutes.

Great Benefit for Small Business employees!

As a small business we could not afford to offer health insurance for our employees after recent rising costs of health insurance.

Pros

The thing I liked most about this software is the simplicity of it. Even the most unskilled computer person can use it!

Cons

The thing I like least about this software is that there is no phone number to call if you want to talk to someone. They do offer online chat and an online Help Center, however sometimes you just want a person to talk to if you have a question.

Pros

As a user (employee) and an administrator, I've found nothing complicated about the implementation or initial usage of PeopleKeep.

Cons

I've nothing yet to complain about... it has been faultless thus far. I'm waiting to see how the first "year-end" goes... but I don't expect any issues.
