Pros
There has been a great moral boost in our staff since using PC. There is more transparency and it's awesome to have a system to keep us all aligned and on the same path.
The customer service support has been fantastic, very much one-on-one to help me with getting the platform launched in sections so I'm not overwhelmed and so I'm not overwhelming my staff.
Great for keeping track of employee goals. This is a great tool for accountability and ensuring employees and managers keep in touch with each other regularly.
Pros
I like it's ease of use and the interface: it's simple and easy to use, which makes tracking PTO and WFH easy.
Staff members are very professional and amazing to deal with.
Great product for any time-off tracking and accrual customization.
Cons
Some of the online training may be too broad that it may confuse people learning the program.
No comment here as we're just getting started using it.
Some of the drop downs and lists are not in alphabetical order.
Cons
I kept trying to double click the day on the calendar. I was with several colleagues and we all had this problem.
Before using TimeOut, keeping track of vacation time and PTO was a mess.
I am able to send requests for days off to my supervisor where they can approve or reject it.
