Pros

We love the how intuitive, easy to use, and customizable to fit our needs at any time, amazing support team. The performance pro platform fits all our needs at this time.
Integration with HR/Payroll systems. Support is friendly, responsive and helpful.
Managers need a tool to justify these. Performance Pro will help you come up with the workflow to set goals, monitor, and quickly access the progress and results via its powerful reporting tool.

Pros

I am not only enthusiastic about the system, but also the very friendly and helpful staff deserves a big compliment.
Superfriendly employees, excellent service, good product, balanced price-product ratio, and deliver wht they promise.
But more important, it is also an easy en friendly platform for our curstomers.

Cons

Horrible customer service support, horrible software.
I have used this software many times for performance reviews, and I constantly have to remind myself how to use it. There is a lack of logic on this site when it comes to adding goals.
Really don't have anything to add. And requiring me to type at least 100 characters is frustrating to say the least.

Cons

You cannot change the display order of the courses and filtering on language and product is poor.
There's a lot that you can do, but it's hard to figure out all the possibilities.
It's quite difficult to start building your training. I hired a experienced professional to do this.
