Even with the addition of the goal and objective tracking feature (coming next month) and with the popular Employee Journal module we see the simplicity in the design as being paramount. Very efficient performance review solution for Hr professionals. very easy to use even for employees who aren't con conversant with the computer. a little introduction and they are good to go. Great way of generating performance feedback.
Not much cons. just that occasionally reports becomes difficult to produce as one may need assistance to make it available. this gets my superiors agitated a bit. but aside this the program is a great one and would need much improvement. i would recommend this to others.

Historical recordkeeping. Moving us towards a process that we want to continue and improve.
Flexibility (custom qs). Our ops director selected this from a variety of other options -- I was not able to try it out beforehand. I think price was a major feature. At least it creates and process and saves results for posterity.
UX is terrible and totally unintuitive. How do I access the specific review I want? Menus are cluttered, most critically button labels do not have expected behavior or are just too vague to even know *what* to expect. After our first 360 session, no one was really aware that the answers were not truly anonymous. We're a small company. If it says "peer" or "manager" its pretty clear who is providing the feedback. This is a massive oversight.

We were looking for 360 feedback combined with annual review automation to start. We found that the software had very flexible capabilities around setting up those features and the features of the 360 review was superior to most at this price point. We have found that there are even more features we have started using and they are very helpful. In addition, support and training is easy to use and very helpful. I have been very pleased with our purchase and highly recommend it for companies looking or strong capability without breaking the budget.
The only feature I would use that is not available is external (outside company) surveys. I would use that for Net Promoter Score surveys if it was available.

Primalogik has allowed us to shift our culture to one that embraces transparency and feedback. We still have work to do, but utilizing Primalogik has allowed us to place the cornerstone for the foundation of this culture change.
The ability house all of the 360 feedback in one place, easy to reference (both employee, manager, and admin views), and easy to generate meaningful data via reporting
If extensions on a review are needed, as an admin, I need to manually adjust for every employee. Would really like to see a function that allows for both individual extensions AND a mass extension for all participants at once.

We are a 75 person company with a number of remote employees and employees in the US and in Europe. We chose Primalogik because it was an easy to use, cost-efficient way to track performance reviews, 360 reviews and general surveys that the company sends out to employees. The value for the money is excellent and the customer service is top notch. I never wait for a response for more than an hour and they are always happy to work with me to find a way to make the system work for us even when we have random requests!

We had wished we could personalize it a bit more, add fields for different departments. Managers had difficulty addressing specific department issues.

I'm sorry you feel this way. I tried contacting you several times to see what the issue is, since we usually can add fields without any problems. It'd be good if we could connect so that we can help you get the most out of the solution. We can also provide training specific for managers when that's needed. Even though the application is very intuitive a more hands-on training approach is better for some groups. I remain available to discuss this further with you or anybody else within the HPC group.

We are pleased with the program. We could not get our managers to properly perform employee evaluations on a regular basis. It is still a challenge, but it has improved significantly since purchasing this software. It is easy to use and provides a nice database of employee performance type questions. We recommend this program to everyone.

I have had a good experience using the program.
I liked that we were able to conduct performance appraisals, 360 evaluations, and employee surveys.
Some of the terms used within the program are not very self-explanatory.

We have run a 360° appraisal the first time in the company and also the first time with Primalogik in H1-2016. We had set up the questionnaire by ourselves and are now reviewing where the questionnaire needs to be adjusted further. There were no problems to handle the SaaS tool neither from employee nor manager side.
The possibility to design the tailor-made questionnaires, also to create surveys. The newly created function for managers to make notes related to the employees being evaluated during the period. This is very helpful.
We miss an extracting function where we can summerize the individual results in one spreadsheet. The filtered appraisal results had been collected by hand in a spreadsheet to compare the employees in one department, to see on one view how the peers had evaluated them, to figure out the difference between the manager and peer evaluation.

Highly, highly recommend.
- Intuitive, easy to use, great value for $$ - saved so much time and energy - feedback from our staff was that they loved it - loved the different options for anonymity
Love the product inside and out. Some separate Self Assessment options would be great, but that would only be a bonus. Also, we had one person want to withdraw their comments and we haven't seen a way that this can happen?

I was looking for a quick solution to use for employee reviews and by accident found Primalogik. It offered the flexibility I was seeking. My team and I were very impressed with how easy it was to use the product. The customer service we received is unmatched by any other product that I have implemented. The Primalogik team worked with us to make our experience terrific. We have over 200 employees across the country and from a user perspective, there was virtually no training necessary to roll this out. I would recommend this product and company to other HR Professionals looking for the flexibility that Primalogik offers.

It was exactly what we were searching for in order to collect self-reviews of colleagues as well as 360-degree feedback. Quite intuitive, easy to use, logical functions etc. It served exactly what we needed and did not overwhelm us with too many unnecessary features like some comparable tools we searched for.

This system is very user-friendly both for the administrator and the end -user. There are a few things on our "wish list" of features we would like added, for example, the workflow currently has only 3 steps. We would like to add additional steps. But overall it's a great system and customer service is very quick to respond to questions.

We were with a different software for performing our annual reviews. It was a very time consuming, manual process even though we were using computer software. Primalogik was able to significantly reduce the time to analyze the results of the reviews. We have also incorporated the software into other aspects of our business: debriefs and internal surveys to name two.

There were some customizations that we would like to see. We plan to recommend to the company. Overall, nothing we didn't like about the software.

From my first email the support has been excellent. Very willing to demo the software and to brainstorm ways to meet our needs.
It's simplicity.
To achieve this level of ease of use there are tradeoffs. There are a few features I would like to see added and the good news is their team is very transparent with the road map while sticking to their goal of simplicity.
Thanks Cindy for the nice words. As you mention, simplicity is not easy to get and that's what we strive in all our designs. We want no HR personnel to have to babysit the process or have to read a manual to be able to use Primalogik 360 effectively.

The ease of use. Very simple to set up and use reviews, 360's and goals.
Reporting could be a bit easier. We have a specific requirement for employees to enter goals. I wasn't able to run a report based on who hasn't entered goals yet so had to export the whole thing and do some consolidating and filtering.

We often have to track how effective our community programs and work programs are for employees and youth. I use this tool often to track the performance of each program. What I love about this program is that it brings together all the tools needed for performance management such as goals, feedbacks forms, etc. We can easily gather feedback from employees, coordinators and the community to analyze the programs we have in place. It is quite reasonably priced, which is a plus.
The software isnt as advances as id like and it can be such an agitating task when trying to alter the forms.

Finding a point to start can be difficult however the pre-made sample templates gives a great way of an idea of where to begin.

We have had a good experience using this software for 360 feedback reviews. We are also happy that we will be able to use this for our annual performance reviews but they will now be online. We shopped around quite a bit before I settled on Primalogik and we are happy that we did.
Easy to use, good customer support, great value for money.
No cons really. I had questions but they were answered in a short time and there are a lot of questions that have answers you can look up easily.
