Furthermore, I'd like to suggest the idea of developing a simulation tool as an alternative assessment method.

Often some minor programming glitches but easy to work around and tech support always helpful in working them out.  

There are still hiccups using hotspots, not all browsers handle the experience the same way and limitations on some of the resolutions can create an unstable experience.
