This company does NOT respond to communications. We have paid them for at least 8 years and when the site is down, which happens every few months, there is no communication from them whatsoever.

I miss a whiteboard so students  can draw the answer or you can use graphs in the test.

Regarding the usability of the new software, we work daily and release weekly updates aimed at improving the user experience. Obviously, the new software is different in terms of both the interface and the technology used. If you have constructive suggestions on how to improve, you can write them to us at sales@fidenia.com. On the other hand, regarding the price list, we would like to point out that compared to the previous official price list, the annual prices of Bronze and Silver licenses have decreased by 27%. I have been using Questbase since 2015 or 2016 and it does provide a great platform for quizzes.

Things with Questbase had been decent until about two weeks ago when emails stopped working.  Meaning, when students take and pass the quiz, they are not receiving the certificate in their email.  Also, I am not receiving the confirmation emails with their certificate attached that I could at least forward to them.

I have left half a dozen or mail emails with the Questbase technical and sales departments without one single solitary response or acknowledgement from ANYONE.

The time difference, that they are in Europe and I in the US doesn't help any.  They have no 800 toll free number to contact them and it has made for the most inconvenient, frustrating scenario for me and my team.

We will be looking into using another platform...someone in the US.

I loved it the first years, after the update I'm starting to look for new programs. It's just not user friendly anymore.

If you want pissed off students QuestBase is perfect

I needed an online testing system that would instantly grade, provide a nice looking test result that could be printed and automated.

La versione ante2022 era facile intuitiva veloce. Quella attuale molto meno. La assistenza clienti inesistente. Nonostante tentativi durati mesi di contatti e discussione.

Ho usato Questbase massicciamente durante la didattica a distanza e mi ha semplificato notevolmente il lavoro di verifica, consentendomi di condividere i test con i miei colleghi e riusando i test preparati negli anni precedenti. Dopo una fase un po’ onerosa di riempimento del database delle domande, il lavoro dopo è praticamente già fatto.

Complessivamente molto positiva, era già un buon prodotto con i limiti del server che spesso impediva l'accesso, ma ora le cose sono molto migliorate (anche con i problemi di cui sopra). Lo ritendo il miglior prodotto per i questionari online.

Uso questbase da parecchi anni. L'ho sempre trovato un prodotto di livello superiore. Dopo il recente aggiornamento, ritengo che la qualità sia scesa parecchio.

Uso QuestBase da diversi anni. Non riuscirei più a farne a meno. Occorre investire del tempo per preparare i questionari, ma il lavoro di costruzione di una traccia è creativo e lo si fa volentieri. Correggere, invece, è un lavoro davvero sfiancante. Se un software istruito da te ti supplisce in questo gravoso compito, perché non approfittarne? Chiaramente alcune conoscenze e competenze devi valutarle attraverso altre forme, ma sono moltissime quelle valutabili con degli automatismi come quelli offerti da QuestBase.
Personalmente le prove cartacee sono state soppiantate quasi integralmente da quelle digitali. Un forte ruolo lo ha avuto QuestBase.
I pregi rispetto agli svantaggi hanno decisamente la meglio.
Con QuestBase ho eliminato dal mio lavoro di insegnamento le attività ripetitive e usuranti, liberando tempo per quelle più nobili e creative.

Ha risolto egregiamente le esigenze di gestione di quiz di ammissione a corsi post diploma e di prove di esame di Stato di fine corso: generazione di prove casuali, secure browser (proctoring di base), creazione di diverse versioni (buste), personalizzazione dell'aspetto, etc.
Inoltre la possibilità di importare domande e risposte da elenchi strutturati esistenti è stato un salvavita (centinaia di domande per decine di discipline con migliaia di risposte).


Potente, super dettagliato, estremamente funzionale

Sono anni che uso Questbase con grande soddisfazione, ho avuto contatti diretti con il team di sviluppo per proporre nuove funzionalità che, a mio giudizio, dal punto di vista di un insegnante, ne avrebbero fatto veramente una piattaforma superiore a qualunque altra. Da anni il team di sviluppo aveva smesso di sviluppare nuove funzioni ma ora, con l'arrivo di questa nuova versione, pare che le cose siano cambiate. Continuano ad aggiungere funzionalità (tante erano già presenti nella prima versione di Questbase ma alcune sono proprio nuove...) per cui vedo grandi prospettive per la piattaforma e per i suoi utenti.

Ho integrato Questbase all'interno dei processi aziendali e del Sistema di Gestione della Qualità con buoni risultati. la necessità di operare in remoto con i clienti ha aumentato la sua utilità. realizziamo form di partecipazione ai corsi, questionari di feedback sui corsi e le consulenze, customer satisfaction, esami di certificazione, esercizi e test di apprendimento e altre funzioni minori.

Sono molto favorevole  all'utilizzo di questo Sw che ho fatto acquistare alla scuola, ma non tutti i docenti lo utilizzano. Lo utilizzano soprattutto i docenti più giovani e quelli di materie tecniche

Software Indispensabile

Ho trovato Questbase molto utile nella fase valutativa dei miei alunni. La piattaforma permette di strutturare domande di vario genere rendendole anche più incisive e modulabili con l'aggiunta di materiale grafico.
La fase di correzione risulta essere notevolmente snellita; i risultati prontamente ottenuti sono anche organizzati per un riscontro statistico, molto utile ai fini dell'adeguamento della programmazione.

In dad è stato utilissimo, perchè mandare test da risolvere a casa in maniera tradizionale non consentiva di verificare la preparazione effettiva dei ragazzi, data la facilità di reperire notizie. ra complicato anche ritirare gli elaborati contemporaneamente... molti inviavano i materiale addirittura giorni dopo. Ora lo utiizzo anche in presenza e in poco tempo svolgono i test e ottengono anche il voto!

QuestBase mi ha permesso di creare questionari estremamente complessi, personalizzando moltissime opzioni. In regime di DAD si è rivelato uno strumento importante per integrare la valutazione degli studenti.
