For anyone looking to justify the time they spend at work, or for managers requiring accountability for time spent on tasks by an already inundated staff, TSheets is an excellent solution, and I'm so glad I found it when I did.
The ease of switching from task to task is what attracted me to the program. I'm also glad I'm able to use my phone in conjunction with my workstation, since I have to travel around our building and between locations and sometimes do different tasks during the rounds. I can even track travel time, now.
Integration with our current time management system isn't available, but I believe that's because Deputy supplies many of the same functions of the bigger picture payroll tracking.

Accuracy for billed hours / hours worked,
CSR - THANKYOU for the coaching this morning - you are a SUPERSTAR :) The detail in options, crew manager, GPS tracking, the ability for an employee to add notes to clock-ins
The inaccuracies with some GPS pings, difficulty finding the learning topics on the website, unable to message staff (e.g. Deputy has a 'news feed') where we can post notes for all staff to see

It functions as a planning tool as well as a time clock for my employees to use, and it imports diectly into my Quickbooks payroll.
I really don't have any complaints. The price is calculated by number of active employees and is so very reasonable.

pin point gps tracking and scheduling. Uploading pictures of job sites. Uploading time sheets to quickbooks. Being able to easily chat with an associate of Deputy if any questions ever arise. Very affordable for the company.
cannot clock in when service is unavailable. Printing of timesheets is very hard because you get unwanted pictures and ads.

The best feature is when the software alerts other employees of an open shift. Other features that are good include the schedule copy over and porting the hours over to quick books.
I have has some issues with porting over the payroll hours to quickbooks. It sometimes does not work.

Trying to setup an automated sync with accounting software is challenging, especially with our version of hosted Quickbooks Enterprise.

For the most part it is very easy to use. It was easy to input employees, for them to clock in and out, to correct times if needed, and to approve times.
Even though it is supposed to sync with QuickBooks, I can't get it to do this, even with assistance.

We manage there different veterinary clinics with Deputy. Love the payroll projections for the work week. We use the journal options to keep track of items for review during our performance reviews. Love love love the integration with Quickbooks and Intuit Payroll, makes life super easy!!
We have not encountered any shortcomings. We have only experience difficulty clocking in with our employees once which was a system wide issue and was resolved quickly.

Time, time, time! Effeciency!
This makes separation of Department schedules and time sheets very convenient! Exporting to an Excel sheet makes data entry into QB much better than manually calculating time an enormous help! It has cut down my payroll processing time down 75%.
The QB integration isn't convenient with the Desktop version at all! There are a few features I have suggested on the feature suggestions. I look forward to seeing them implemented.

Time sheets directly updated into Accounting software, easy on scheduling shifts and processing time sheets are less time consuming.
Having troubles in updating the sick/carer's leave directly into MYOB (Deputy is not supportive)and case sensitive as well.

I can be on the go and document what I am doing and show that I am on location if needed. It helps me keep track of what clients I met when, and is especially helpful when writing reports and dates are needed.
I liked that my coworker who was blind could easily navigate the app using her iphone and text-to-speech. I also like that I can look back at dates and see I did that day, as well as my hours total count for the week. The hours total count is a change that I requested to the app and the updated showed in a reasonable amount of time. The design is easy to use with the iphone app, and I like that the categories can be designed to fit your business tasks for streamlined documentation of how much time is spent doing a certain task. Also, you can put notes to detail what you were doing during that time period which is crucial for staff that are changing tasks all day.
Sometimes the app will glitch when putting in an end time and after changing the end time from the current time it will default several times back to the current time instead of the end time you want.

This program has saved my sanity. I can now do up rosters and everyone knows what they are doing as soon as I publish the timesheets. The onus is on my staff to update the system on when they are not available for work, rather than me rostering them on and then them saying they can't work.
Can see everyone's details at the same time - the timesheet function saves me time and makes payments accurate (not adding time in my head :-)
Need a reliable internet connection which where our business is located is not always the case

Time clock
Quick and Simple easy to use with little instructions. Used the program for many years and love the ease of use.
Loss of data if wifi goes down. We notice that sometimes when the wifi doesn't work well the data is lossed over 23 hours. We can work with the issue though.

It saves me time and effort and precisely tracks my employees' time on the clock.
It seamlessly and easily ties into my accounting software (Xero). Exporting timesheets is a breeze and ALWAYS works.
I can't manually add exact break start and stop times if an employee forgets to clock out for a break. I can only add chunks of time to the time on break.

Accurate when doing Payroll and very easy to use. Its great having a view of all my staffs shifts and working out when best to place them to get the most out of my week. it also helps me budget my labour costs. It also memorises shift patterns which is useful
There's nothing i can really say on a negative side. It would be nice to have more analytics and if it could link up with our Sales figures so we could optimise are busiest time with the right number of staff and having a visual and easy to read graph showing this.

Time Sheet
Employees can clock in at any location from their mobile phone. If an employee forgets to clock out and if they are set upf for mobile clocking in and out, the system will automatically clock them out.
Tasks should have the ability to be more detailed and should provide more characters for writing more. If a web link is provided in tasks, please allow the link to be clickable.

Saved me time.
Love the minimalist design, the messaging/communication features. Easy to find the major features that I need to do my work.
Can't think of anything I haven't liked yet. I did find that I could not see the sale budget data that I entered manually for some reason.

Great resource to manage well your time and track your projects
It makes very easy to manage employees and their time off. The time management feature is very useful and allows to organize projects better
The only major issue I had is that the app crashes on Android. Besides that it was quite good and useful for time management

Time and coat efficiency
Really easy to use, good ux design. Great way to interact with staff, set tasks and the fact you can go back on the newsfeed to see what's been done.
Some of the wage cost functionality can be tricky. Could be amazing if we could also have what the NI and tax contributions as employers have to pay be added to give a full picture of wage costs. The website tends to freeze or not update if you spend a prolonged period.

Immense time and stress reduction
Our employees can take shifts and trade without us having to get into the middle of it. It used to take up so much time getting all our shifts covered.
You have to manually delete unused shifts for each employee when approving timesheets. We have on-call shifts that don't always get filled so this is a weekly problem for us.

Able to see multiple locations that share employees, so we avoid conflicts in scheduling
Great for scheduling multiple roles and locations, like options for notifications (text, email, etc)
Cannot easily sync to other calendar (Outlook), would be nice to sync in real time/show canges in real time
