Since I have to complain, I would say that some of the windows and sub windows scroll in odd ways and are sometimes difficult to scroll through.

The time off notification confused the users sometimes, when the admin changes the time off info, it should not send the notification to user, the user will get confused when did I do that.

Pros

I'm an independent contractor and wanted a simple way to keep track of my hours. This let me clock in/out on my computer or phone, and keeps track of all my hours automatically. I feel better prepared in case I need to answer detailed questions from my employers about when/how I work for them.

Cons

Would be nice to be able to have more flexible reporting time-frames! If you want something weird like your hours over the past 11 days you'll be out of luck and have to round to the nearest 14 day window.

Really amazing time sheets, schedule could improve

Pros

LOVE that employees can edit their time sheets and that there are clock-in reminders. These are the two huge problems we had with our last software and it's simplified our lives SO much - as well as the different report breakdowns for different tasks are phenomenal and I really can't say enough good things about them.

Cons

I am not the biggest fan of the schedule. We were using When I Work previously, and the interface was a lot simpler to use and much more intuitive. Couple suggestions: - If I am creating a shift for multiple people, it would be amazing if I could assign each of the people inside that shift a different customer (maybe a tick box of some kind?) - This is my biggest beef - if I'm editing a 'series' of shifts, it edits the shifts in that series I've already published. SUPER inconvenient - how can I make changes to future shifts and have them remain that way without affecting details already published? - The schedule interface itself feels really 'stilted' and just not as user friendly as the time-tracking side of things.

Pros

I do Landscaping. T sheets has made me a better business owner. I can easily see how many hours into a job we are. I can easily check my teams hours and make corrections. It's nice being able to communicate to my Crew Leaders through the scheduling add-on. They like being able to have a clear sense of what the day looks like before arriving at work.

Cons

Functionality is fairly limited on a phone. When I work from the computer, it is very easy to see timesheet errors that otherwise are not as clear. I would love to be able to track materials that go into a job with this app. At this point we document them in the notes section. It would be nice to have a spreadsheet that goes with each client that has tabs like: Date, Material, Quantity, Vendor,...
