The functionality of having invited users sign up and access the software on their own. This is less work for a recruiter setting up the event. Also the video capability is great and the ease of "picking up" candidates to chat with. The feedback form after every chat is also a great function and easy for a campus recruiter to pull.
Occasionally there are glitches to work out where a member of the recruiting team connects with another employee rather than a candidate. But overall these were one-offs and did not take away from the whole experience.

In this unprecedented time having a virtual platform that you can customize to meet your own needs if invaluable.
Wish Brazen got more involved in marketing aspect in order to drive people to their client events. I also wish it was easier to share the events on social media. Most of this needs to be done manually which can limit outreach and participation

Very happy with the product and glad we have been using it!
Brazen is a great tool to utilize for virtual events, which is the world we've been in for the past 7 months! The ease of setting up a virtual event is priceless! I appreciate their timeliness is upgrading their technology during COVID and being accessible.
There isn't anything I really disliked. As an administrator, I use it frequently to set up new users or change access and it's always been easy to use.

I am super excited to be part of Brazen hiring events.
The platform is super user-friendly, it's a fun way to chat with a lot of people in a short amount of time. Increases candidate pipeline & let's us help people know more about who we are!
Would like to see a higher level of attendees. Most of the events I've been a rep in have had a good flow of candidates, however, the most recent one had low attendance, Maybe greater promotion prior to the event.

Brazen eliminates the complicated processes of setting up virtual chat rooms and the fear of technical issues and allows you to focus on what really matters... connecting with our prospective employees! Not to mention, Brazen is easy to use and we have only received rave reviews from our prospective candidates on the simplicity of joining our recruiting events.
Honestly, I have yet to find something wrong with the software... maybe that not enough people know about it!

It is an easy way to communicate with potential candidates. Very effective in answering pre-interview questions.
When there are many people waiting, sometimes people leave their computer and miss their opportunity to chat. This would be better if people could pre-register for a time slot.

Average, time consuming
Helps to sign up and get the resumes to a larger group without a lot of paper
Very Manual, it doesn't easily up load resumes and you have a lot of manual correction to put in, which is time consuming at the fairs and you have to have a recruiter assigned to just handle that to keep booth moving.
Hello and thank you for your review! I'm glad to hear that Brazen has helped streamline your hiring process. I'm sorry that you find the resume upload time to be cumbersome. If candidates are having issues uploading a resume, I'd recommend sending candidates a quick email prior to the event alerting them to the fact that they will need to upload a resume either at registration for the event or once they join. You can also make uploading a resume a requirement upon registration so that all the resumes will be uploaded before the event, saving time for you and your candidates.

I will admit I was hesitant and I am not a technological wizard. However, the training prepared me and the platform was very easy to move along and interact with applicants.
It was so easy to participate in virtual job fairs and not feel like I was wasting time. Even now I can go back and look at notes about people that I spoke to but didn't hire and consider for current positions.
I have not found anything that I would change yet!

Brazen has been a great asset to Ascension, especially while recruiting through the pandemic.
The ease of registration and communication (both video and chat) with participants in the event
There was no option to transfer a participate to another booth. They had to take the initiative to return to the lobby and click on the new booth. There is potential for a candidate to just walk away.

I am using Brazen to find candidates in the DoD cleared space for positions all over the world. We have had some success in finding candidates that could be a fit for positions within the company.
I have used Brazen several times for Virtual Career Fairs. It is very easy to use and user friendly.
No major cons to note. I would like to be able to target more TS/SCI level cleared candidates.

The product is easy to use and has made job fairs possible for us in a time where we cannot meet in person.
This tool has become our main way of hosting job fairs since Covid Hit and it was very easy to roll out to my team and easy to use.
So far I have not run into anything that I do not like.

It was actually a lot of fun to hold an event. We were able to connect live with prospective talent and include hiring managers in the process. It brought us together with the business in a new way -- hiring managers enjoyed answering candidate questions. HM's were able to immediately decide if they wanted a follow-up call with the candidate. During the event we could bounce candidate questions off each other before responding to their chat question. Finally, the report after the virtual event was helpful to follow-up with candidates and track ROI.
The software is as easy as texting on your phone or communicating on social media.
We didn't have any issues with the software. It was very easy to install and use

It was easy to use. It has no delays. I enjoyed it.
I don't know if it was Brazen or the person who set up the interview rooms, but I got a lot of candidates looking for work unrelated to my roles.
