Pros

Just a super good product with a great team behind it. I recommend using the tool to all of my customers (as an HR & Recruitment Specialist consultant).
It is very cost effective with respect to the features it provides. It helps to enable job promotions and source talent for your organization.
Ve always been helped very quickly in a friendly and professional manner. One of the rep, in particularly stands out as a great customer representative - always going above and beyond to help you.

Pros

Wonderful Abtrac staff to work with. The technical staff are excellent - professional, knowledgeable, patient, efficient and extremely helpful.
Real time cost of projects, collection of WIP, ability to write on and off against projects, invoicing and reporting functions are fantastic.
It is very user friendly and logical to use. The support staff are easy to contact and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.

Cons

Terrible, terrible support. Every time I've had a (simple) question it's resulted in a disappointing customer service.
In May Areas however the user Interface suffers. PDF files, especially for the CV is a chore to use with magnification functionalities that make me scream.
The way in which the emails are being displayed is highly confusing as it's not chronological and doesn't seem to make a lot of sense. In addition, there are functions that should be available.

Cons

The speed can be slow, this is also what i hear other staff complain about also.
Sometimes a bit of a pause when the internet isn't going well. Having to log in when you've been doing something else is a bit of a pain at times.
Adding addresses is confusing - e.g. if you use the post code line, it does not come up in the address.
