Cassandra: Hi, I'm Cassandra. I'm a senior human resources manager. I'm in a small to medium company and I give Reward Gateway a four. I found out about Reward Gateway at the SHRM National Convention in the vendor hall, and I thought that it was a very well-thought-out and easy reward system and would really work out for our organization. We chose Reward Gateway because of their customer service model. We also chose them because of their selection of rewards offered, and we chose them because they could integrate with our HRIS, as well as we could do our own swag store with them. Getting started with reward Gateway was very easy. We pretty much only had to have an Excel spreadsheet and upload that, and they did everything on the backend, so it was a very easy lift on our end. The advice I would give is to make sure you understand how the invoicing system works versus giving out rewards so that you don't run out of money before you're invoiced.

I love that employees have the choice of how they save money...... instantly through the app with Instant Vouchers or with generous cashback. It's so easy to use. SmartInsights provide instant access to how employees spend through the portal and provide every statistic that we could possibly need to gauge employee engagement.
I don't dislike anything about the software. Reward Gateway are always thinking of innovative and helpful products to enhance employee engagement.

We have 1200 employees working 24/7/365: it's impossible to be on-hand to see all the great things our employees do to create great experiences for our residents. The BI Platform allows us to capture and share these stories, for all of our employees to see, hear, and feel our Mission In Action! All 1200 of our teammates can now actively hear stories from parts of our business corners that they might not typically know or hear about - and that helps keep us all better connected, and helps crystalize what each of one of our teammates does to contribute to the whole we deliver. And perhaps most-importantly, we can now create a storyline for our culture, and illuminate and clarify those norms that we want to be celebrated within our culture: in so doing, we create intimate vignettes of learning moments for all of us, specific images of how we want all of us to "do things around here!" And that all of it is delivered on a customized and very hip social media platform makes it a fun and contemporary space for our employees to navigate to. And when questions do arise regarding site logistics, the BI Team is superfastandfriendly with their support! Take a drive: you won't turn back!

Truly: there are no cons - and any issues (not sure I'd even call them that, honestly) that we do see, the BI Team immediately first: learns what thing we want to try to do; and then tries to find the best solution to help us do that thing.

response after implementation is delayed from customer support and our contact, don't feel our concerns are acted on for improvements to have better user experiences.
the design was very customizable and the implementation team was helpful.
the app which is how most of our employees access the site, as they are on the road not in an office, does not have the same capabilities as the site on the desktop does. this deters most of our users from utilizing this tool and requires more work for the admin team. i was not aware of the differences before go-live. our team would like to post our own photos to celebrate success in the field. the savings app is completely separate then the company app and that confuses people as well as the savings method is not user friendly.

As a business they are very easy to work with. They are responsive to queries and issues, and their account management is proactive and helpful. Pricing feels fair for the value and quality of the service.
Reward gateway helps us bring all our reward and benefits information into one reward portal. Employees can find out bout all the benefits, including links to the relevant forms, terms and guides. They can also save from a huge selection of discounted sites, and earn cashback, which is very popular. The recognition tool is quick and easy enabling peer to peer recognition and monitored awarding of shopping vouchers for larger achievements. On top of that you get the total reward statement, which shows employees the value of all the rewards and benefits that they enjoy.
I think the format could do with updating. It's not bad but compared to some more whizzy sites it looks a bit static.

Increase in colleague engagement and more control of our benefits platform.
The site is engaging, easy to use and of good quality. The software is easy to navigate and personalize when needed.
The reporting is a bit hit and miss, the data is there the reports just don't run sometimes! The customer support team however is reactive and resolve asap.
