I like the wide variety of products available and ease of use of redeeming company points.
I can often find even better discounted travel deals on alternate websites, so I don't use that feature as much as I'd like.

I’ve been chasing for a refund for the instant voucher which was falsely advertised and only when you pay for it, informs you that you can not use online. I bought this specifically for buying a window which isn’t sold in the store therefore had to use my bank card to make this transaction. I have been going back and forth and spoke to screwfix who have no problem to refund and sent me that in writing yet been chasing this useless and horrendous rewards site customer service with 2 high priority complaints and still no response for over 10 days which I’m out of pocket for the voucher I didn’t use or have any intention of using.
NONE What so ever, they will be rubbish at customer service and will never give your money back
everything about this company, this is just being run by cowboys hiring customer service advicers and managers who will ignore you

We give Fond points to high performing employees and they love that program.
Easy to use the software, like the layout and search ability.
The discounts applied really are not much at all. I find that you have a lot of dollar items to buy and not a lot of normal/everyday purchases. hence, the savings you give does not entice me to purchase those high dollar items.

What I love most about the platform is the capabilities it offers, and the overall image. The BI platform is clear (easy to navigate), and also visually appealing. Not only is the platform itself great on many levels, but the support that's behind the program (their customer service representatives) is REMARKABLE! You will get a response in minutes, and they are happy to answer your question/resolve your issue. I am a firm believer in the BI products, and the platform. If our organization were to ever change employee survey/recognition platforms, it would be a loss for us. I highly recommend this product!

We get to see the employees' hidden talents and hard work by the recognition provided. This also motivates other people to work hard or earn more reward points!
It is so easy to provide fond points or recognition to the employees - The platform is user-friendly and self-explanatory. We get reminders to provide recognition to staffs and we also have quick reply options that help us save time.
I would prefer to have a few more reward/purchase options.

We chose Xexec to help us take our first foray into technology-enabled recognition. It's still early days but they've helped us structure something which looks great and is really easy to use. Our people are really starting to have fun with it and I have high hopes that it will help make recognition part of everyday life for us.
It was quick to implement and is really easy to use. I was really pleasantly surprised how well/quickly they fitted with out brand guidelines too.
Quite a limited choice of ecards. That part of it is quite "out of the box". Wasn't a massive issue for us as we have our own designers, but could have meant the final solution didn't look as good as it could have. Was quite a slow start with client service too (but they quickly heard what we needed and I should say they responded well).

I really like the flexibility that Fond offers. My company used to give us Amazon gift cards, but now we can use your points to buy any number of items. While I usually opt for Amazon gift cards anyway, it's nice to have options and I've used points to get Apple and Starbucks cards too.
It's nice that there are discounts on some gift cards, but would be nice if they were offered on the popular gift cards too.

You can see all the companies taking part and their offers on the search page rather than having click on each one individually
Not being able to specify the exact amount you want to buy on the gift card/e-voucher, it has to be in set denominations, then you have to wait for it to arrive Some people don't have printers, if they need to print a voucher straight away if an item is only available in store Not being able to purchase a universal card which can be used in all stores, instead you have to purchase separate ones for each store. Especially as many people do impulse buys plus don't want to have to carry multiple cards. I understand this may be complex as it would require to automatically connect with the various retailers but I think it is worth looking at to make the experience simpler and encourage me to use the service. Non-refundable vouchers - if you end up finding the item cheaper elsewhere Some offers are not as good, discounts for large items maybe but for smaller items you don't see much of a difference i.e. 4% saving, I would expect a minimum of at least 10%

I am not a power user for survey data manipulation, but am a regular user for writing recognitions and perform some administrative duties. The site is easy to navigate, and customer service response from the help desk is normally quick and helpful. I do not use the mobile version so I can't offer much insight there. Others in the organization use the commenting functions more than I and I have never had to field a question about that. I finally redeemed points last week for the first time and the process could not have been much easier.

I contacted the customer services email a couple of times and was happy with the response.
It was very easy to follow and I was able to select what I needed very easily.
The e voucher options for particular stores didn’t offer a lower amount like £5. The amounts were from £10 and above. Like I received a £25 thank you award I had to purchase an additional top up of £5 to use the full amount.

I HATE this system as it is not set up to actually reward hard work or exceptional performance but allows anyone to give praise to friends for meaningless tasks.
Nothing as this is a program designed to make you feel good that you rewarded someone.
The Fond system is set up in a way that makes you feel good that you rewarded someone or something and most of the time it is praise for simply doing the work they should have done. Giving someone praise for a birthday, anniversary or simply blowing their nose and using the restroom is not worth spending money on. My company uses the fond reward program to stroke each others egos. Nothing is more negative for company than showing praise for people who are not doing their jobs.

There are some vendors that arent very popular that I shop at. I wish there was more popular vendors.

Fond has been a fun way for all of us that work together to say THANKS to each other when we go the extra mile.

Very happy to have access to Xexec through my company. Most of the deals are the best you can find online.
Good variety of offers and discounts. E-vouchers are delivered very quickly. The website is clean and easy to navigate. I never had an issue for the website to track the cashback offers.

In the first instance, It was provided as a flexible benefit as people can select what they want from it, but also for recognition (e-cards and instant reward). The MI data gives you areas to target to increase and the client success manager helps make it happen with competitions and posters to advertise offers etc.
The smarthub can be designed to fit in with your own branding / culture, and the implementation team ensured that we got it just the way we wanted it. Multi-device plus apps available too.
Discount and Recognition are on two different apps, which is what most people tend to use. Too many emails send per purchase (plus loads more if you are an administrator). Wellbeing articles don't get updated enough.

We’ve been using fond for a while, a great way to stimulate teamwork and individual performance through recognition. Is nice to see how your colleagues recognize your good performance creating an environment that stimulates positive feedback and celebrates goal achievement. It’s also fun to use.
Easy to use and also fun. The interface is friendly, there are so many option ro be rewarded.
None so far. Sometimes some minor issues to log in that requires to reset the password.
