My experience has been positive, I look forward to receiving rewards - and enjoy using the Fond platform to make selections.
As an employee - receiving rewards within the Fond system is easy. I'm able to go in and review my reward and choices then make a selection. The item I choose is quickly received via email, ready to use, and very much appreciated.
I have had no issues using the software.

Every month I make a point (pun intended) of using all my points, knowing that there is always someone somewhere in our company who deserves appreciation -- whether they're maing a "big bang" impact on a major project or they're quietly doing exceptional work, day in and day out.
With Fond, sending colleague well-deserved recognition is quick and easy. I love having a bank of points each month that I can use to show appreciation to one or multiple colleagues. If I haven't used all my points as the end of the month approaches, I receive a handy reminder to start thinking about who deserves a shout-out.
Honestly can't think of anything I would change!

Very easy and intuitive to use tool, that allows for some quick feedback/peer review opportunities. Has also the Fond points system that provide a great opportunity to recognize people.
Probably increasing the functionality to allow for some "review cycle" type of functionality might be beneficial.

It improves communication between boss and employee taking into account opinions, its system of rewards and discounts makes me feel valued
Having rewards that are valued for my performance makes me feel motivated to continue being a good employee and highlight my virtues, each reward earned is knowing that I am doing things well within the company. I also like it because it is where the company strives for the well-being of employees and also listens to us through the surveys they carry out
I have always liked the organization and compliance, there is nothing wrong with this application

Fond is a very user friendly program. Very simple to learn even for less computer savvy people.
The program is easy to use. Everything is very easy to use and understand.
The software itself is fine, its just not the right application for our company. Very few people are actually on the computer throughout the day so its hard for fond points to get around.

It is always a challenge to properly reward hard work and employees going beyond the call of duty. This is a great way to help in showing appreciation for everything they do.
I love the ease of rewarding employees. It is quick, easy and helps to motivate employees. There are many options to choose from and the platform has performed to my expectations.
Everything I have tried has worked, so there isn't much to dislike about this product.

Ability to roll out across multiple countries/regions. Good functionality and end user experience. Great support from Xexec during implementation and beyond. Good value for money

The benefits of Fond greatly outweigh any cons that exist! It makes it easy for me as a user to quickly access and activate discounts and perks offered through my company in an efficient way.
I like that it has a user-friendly interface, presenting "discounts" and perks in big squares that can be pared down into categories. It is my go-to for referencing company discounts and perks.
When trying to access and activate discounts/perks from my company, I find myself having to read the "fine print" section at the very bottom to know how to exactly access the perks. I think this could be laid out in a more user friendly way.

The help team were really quick to respond when querying on when I would receive my voucher acquired through my awards on High 5 and provided this instantly. Really good savings to be made with instant e-vouchers especially now that there is an app available.
There could be a greater selection of vouchers available with 'Spend my Awards' on High 5 portal, more in line with what is available to purchase on Extra Mile

I use Fond on an at least weekly basis to recognize my team members. They enjoy getting to chose what they do with their points.
It is easy to gift points to any employee for doing a good job.
About a year ago they restructured the points system which made it a little confusing, but they have since returned to normal.

Functionality of the website is fantastic - allows for very easy access to company resources if set up to do so by administrators.Wide variety of offers, many of which are great value and very easy to apply. Though I have yet to use it personally, many colleagues have brought up how good the app is.
Many offers are quite niche, though I'm unsure of how much this would vary between companies - i.e. if different companies have different offers set up.Some care needs to be taken for some that you follow the correct link for some offers and it is not always immediately obvious. Not a major con, but it is almost always worth visiting the retailer via this site to ensure coupons apply correctly.

The software is easy to use and has provided a visible platform to recognize when our employees deliver exceptional service or demonstrate our company's values and beliefs. Employees regularly use the software which is an indication of its approachability. It's made little difference the amount of experience an employee has with a computer or smart phone. The interface is intuitive.

A simple "Thank You" or a "Happy Work Anniversary" or a "Happy Birthday" is a great encouragement. It makes me want to be better at my job.
I like that is gives us the opportunity to thank all the individuals who make our business shine. Regardless of position or task. Each one is a valuable part of the success to our business. FOND gives us a chance to recognize them all.
It takes too long to reach enough points to get just a $5 gift certificate. We need rewards that will continue to encourage and recognize us in a way that they can cash in their rewards sooner rather than later.

We implemented Reward Gateway in to the Company as a benefit to our employees and as a way of centralising all our main benefits together in one place for ease. I have found the system comprehensive and easy to use/ navigate and out Account Manager has been great for any support or questions along the way over our first year.
Ease of use and layout. Customised personalised platform
The set up experience perhaps took a bit longer to get right than we thought it would but all in all it turned out fine.

It's easy for people to announce recognition of others work -- even if that person is shy or not comfortable sending a wide email.
I think it makes the recognition too grand -- there's a lot of weight to using it, so you may feel uneasy using it for smaller or medium-levels of recognition.

The best thing I like about Fond is the selection of giftcards I can purchase with my points, as well as the discounts I can get from services in my area.
I feel that there could be a wider selection for gift cards as well as pet services (like doggy daycare or Rover/Wag).

How easy it is to make it your own Various different products in one place Great tool for intranet, benefits and recognition on 'smallish' budget The ease of use (most products)
APP - lowest point by far. We use this platform as comms tool mainly and therefore need app that covers comms too! Sometimes teams lack cross product knowledge Some products are not as smooth to use - SmartBlogs; we have' Manager' and 'All' smart blogs, sometimes one message needs to go to both but there is no way just to tick a box on the platform. We have to write the same message twice.
