It's simplicity has made it very easy for new learners to understand how to operate it effectively thus ensuring proper employee management. It is also able to generate relevant employee reports thus making really good.

I have not witnessed any cons during the period that I have used the software. For me it's the best HR management software for small businesses.

Great piece of software for managing our remote team. All on-boarding documents are stored, holidays are applied for and tracked and everyone can update their own information cutting down on admin time.

None, only issue we have is with some of our team having one pot of leave for all their entitlement and it being difficult to run reports on.

Ease of use, user interface, support. All around it is a great product.

I wish some of the reports were more customized to what I need but it is quite minor and I can get by without it very easily.

Simple design and the ability to allow the employee to enter their own days off for approval. It's one more task I don't have to think much about. It just happens keeps up with it all.

A few things have been hard to find. When we first started using it, I thought to locate where things were was a little complicated. We navigate it pretty well now.

Thanks Wasseem! It is great to hear that not only do we have the right tools and features but also the user-experience is on point too! We aim to increase this week by week with little touches but it is something that we hear a lot of. Sometimes, you just have to trawl through pages to find what you are looking for - with CakeHR, you have it all in no more than 2 clicks away. Glad to have you with us!

Each employee can do their own thing and supervisors can manage nice for if you have various branches

It calculates leave in a strange way and added transactions to certain employee accounts for no reason

Hi Riette! Many thanks for the feedback. We keep all transactions available for you to view incase any policy settings or allowances have changed. If you need help understanding the reports, I'm on hand to help out and make sure your employees' balances are accurate.

Mainly the fact that the employee filing system is easy to manage and incredibly organized. Makes things easier.

Mobile application is not as functional as it should be. There's a lot of HR material that I would love to upload and refer to via cake

It was good for what I needed it for. A lot to learn

It's useful and easy to understand. The implementation was very fast.

In some section you don't have space for details information, for example, only have Notes, but you can't change the name, and sometimes is important to categorised some information.

The ease of use with CakeHR is great! Our employees are finding it very easy to do the tasks assigned and the onboarding and offboarding task lists are working very well for us.

I would like to be able to print out our organizational chart; unfortunately when Ilona tried to help me with this, it just ends up too small. She was a great help though!

We needed a software that work with the difficult legal system in Hungary. This one was capable of connecting our Time-sheet´s to the Leave Requests perfectly

Some functions are missing. The Company structure is not flexible enough for multinational companies and the folder structure has only one level. No sub folders are possible

We use the app on a regular basis to submit and approve days off for the staff. The app has always been easy to use!

The app allows us to manage employees on the go, accessible and we can keep track of schedules for our daily operations. We can monitor their daily tasks on this app. It is user friendly and convenient for us business owners.

None. I like it that employee handling is made possible without using much paper and we can access it everywhere.

Hi Kiruba! I'm really that, not only you found CakeHR but that you believe in us and we're moving in the right direction. We've got loads planned for this year including Performance Review, Scheduling, ATS and Expenses. It is going to be massive! I would love to see that percentage in your review drop dramatically ;)

CakeHR is easy to use and has a variety of features that are well suited for use by any SME team. I recommend CakeHR

CakeHR needs to expand its features to make it suitable for growing teams. It could also use more features adding to its applications.
