Integration with a slack channel is the most amazing thing and also availability in play store and app store markets

I think this app doesn't have cons. Sometimes the page is freezing but is not a big deal in my opinion. Also, the mobile app is very stable.

Cake is very convenience, when I use 'Time off'

I felt of site is too heavy, So slow refresh speed. If the site have more good speed then to be really good.

Hi Eric, thank you for taking time to submit the feedback :) We haven't received any reports on issues with refresh speed. Please let me know when or which pages are you experiencing the delay with and we'll look into this.

It is easy to use as it is linked to g-suite. Can check in anytime anywhere by using an app. Can access the details anytime.

UI. look wise should have been even better. Example Goals - Symbol should have been presented better.

This is exactly what we aimed for in our user experience and design - something so simple to use for both admin, managers and employees - putting the power into the hands of employees so that your time is not taken up by all those spreadsheets. It is still great to have you with us after all this time :) Lee

Being able to use the software from inception was easy to use and translating this to the team made it even easier when the quick access to the supporting threads and videos made it an easy set up and no brainer!

Using the timesheets to track overtime and undertime.

HIPAA compliancy, document retention, ease of use

Few features missing but I connected our customer success manager, , and they was very helpful and receptive to some suggestions. Such were added to the internal pipeline. That was cool!

The simplicity of managing staff holidays and sickness both as a company and as an employee.

I wouldn't say there was anything I didn't like but there's certainly features we'll not use.

Ease of use - Cake works well on all my Apple devices, including smartphone.

As english is not my native language, sometimes I feel that I need some translation. But overall this isn't a big deal.

There's no one feature that stands out, I think the whole package deserves credit. It just works and works well.

I'd like to see a better mobile optimised version of the site. However, the process of authorising leave on a mobile via the email alerts works a treat.

Easy to use, team is very responsive to feedback. The app and website are straightforward and simple enough for team to use quickly.

A few features need to mature a little bit more and there are a couple outstanding things that would really make it more useful for us.

Easy to use, adjustable to each needs, report tool is great

report tool coloring, it would be great that for example where is shows male and female number in the company the coloring doesn't really stand out, and from distance both colors seems the same.

easy to track vacation time and sick days. I like having all the employee data in one place as opposed to a in a paper file

need reminders to enter data into Cake. Maybe once a week Cake reminds - any changes for your employees? They take sick days and I don't log it.

the software is used by both employee and company, it allows everyone to be accountable and keeps everyone engaged.

The software does not have a one on one platform to allow everything to follow and link to an overall employee file.
