Unbelievable customer service! CakeHR does such a wonderful job in handling suggestions and enquiries. I do not remember any experience with customer service at this level. They are simply amazing! Keep it up people!
Ease of use definitely. The functions are simplified for business and detailed enough.
Still a simple software without the other core processes in HR. However, CakeHR does take in suggestion seriously. Bet it will not be long for other functions to be rolled out.

Our firm utilised Sage HR to streamline the management of our personnel, including remote employees. This software provided us with real-time insight into our workforce, allowing us to easily hire, plan shifts, manage timesheets, and conduct performance evaluations all in one place.
It can be hard to pinpoint what someone may not like, however, a possible challenge that could be tackled is to integrate and implement an HRIS system to gain a more comprehensive view of the organisation.

We've been using CakeHR for two months and are satisfied for the product. Two shortcomings of the product are: individual workschemes for employees and better/more user friendly way of adding overtime.
Ease of use and price.
Lacking functionality for example adding overtime and individual/custom work schemes.

While using CakeHR as a tool for absences, I found out that it is also a good start for newcomers to the team, as it allows a first intro with the team, through the team directory. Moreover, you can get reports about everything or everyone. Finally, the most important thing is that new features are added constantly, making you feel that it gets more and more customized to your team's needs.

It does the job and it's fairly easy to use but no fireworks.
This kind of software isn't used every day by a regular employees so I would suggest taking the layout much much easier. Also, the site times out really quick and you lose everything you've written in a form unless you save it every 5 minutes.

We've been using Cake for a number of years and find it to be so comprehensive that many of the previously tedious areas of HR are no longer an issue for us.
Simple to use and regularly updated. Great customer service when queries are raised.
There have one or two minor glitches over the period we've used the service. These have, however, been dealt with very quickly and efficiently on those rare occasions.

The overview aspect and feel of the user experience. The custom reports and onboarding section are handy
If it could automate and send out emails to when people are approaching their anniversary date and vacation days are running out or need to be used.

Hey :) We work hard on making sure that the data is not so overwhelming for any level of employee in small to enterprise businesses. Be prepared to be overwhelmed with how simple it will look and feel in the future too whilst still being efficient and effective to meet your HR needs!

Customer service was awesome and setting up was easy. Not utilizing it to its full potential, but more so to do with internal organizational stuff and building the need.
Easy to use, automated and tracks everyone in one place.
I simply don't use the full potential, but this was rectified by the deal you gave us, kept me using it.

My experience with Cake HR has been nothing positive. The layout of the software is very good to the eye and it is easy to request for days off. I like how the request goes directly to the immediate person you are reporting to and can receive email notifications once approved. All in all, Cake HR is wicked!
