We've had a great experienece with CakeHR so far and I would highly recommend this for small and large scale businesses
Its ease of use and ability to hold all relevant HR documents
Would like the ability to apply multiple managers to each team as some forget to approve holiday

Seeing everyone's schedule, to understand who of my colleagues would be gone on certain days, and planning accordingly
Can't move within the Org chat, only can get all the way to the right of it if I completely minimize the view
Thanks, Anastasia! Sometimes, large orgs can be very wide so fitting it in one screen means you need to zoom-out. We're currently developing an Export for the Org Chart so you can display this anywhere you like :D

CakeHR has a modern interface. Pretty straight forward and easy to use. I found it to be flexible enough to add custome fields -a very important feature for us. CakeHR app on iOS though needs to have more functions, as it is anemic in its functionality.
Easy to use and flexible.
iOS App needs more work.

It has a great sense of organization and is difficult to manage thanks to its user-friendly navigation. In addition, it is available for both mobile platforms. Makes it feasible to solve the tracking policies.
Documents can not be loaded in batch, but must be done individually.

Employee dictionary and summary of headcount situation.
Overall I like it. Very flexible in terms of information input since we have different structures of country offices.
Not too many function yet and hard to organize documents. Can't not download employees information easily.

We are a small company, so been available to manage HR from our gmails is really great. Functionality is enough for what we need at the moment.
Easy to use, and that I can use it within my G Suite account.
