Cake HR is the best tool to manage the employees and their day to day data. We use Cake HR to get employee attendance and to have their pay slips ready at the time of salary dispersal. HR application that has all the needy features can be seen only on Cake HR. The most impressive feature we have seen and used is the automatic salary form generation so that we don't want to manually create the salary form to be filled by the employee.

The salary slip generation is a bit slow and takes a lot of time on mobile app, please have a look on it.

This software helps me and my employees easily manage vacation and sickness.I can easily write down the hours of late employee.

I like that it is integrated with a slick.

We have created a very close relationship of collaboration with Cake HR. The flexibility and adaptability to listen to our needs, make custom adaptations to the tool, etc has been of great value.

In the past the festive day calendars where difficult to handle, to manual. I think now this has improves.

Clean and user-friendly layout with amazingly helpful people behind the scenes. Lee, in particular, is incredibly helpful.

The only thing would be the lack of calendar view holiday on mobile app. We have an ever growing young workforce who book their holidays on the app but they are unable to see if other workmates have already booked time off.

CakeHR software design is simple and user friendly, the tool is very useful for organization set up it helps to know who is off duty and reason they're off duty. Their well designed mobile app makes the software more easier to use. Their customer support response rate is great.

Uploading document can not be segmented to some specific member of the team, the document will be sent to the whole team, unless the document is uploaded individually and this can be so stressful to do. CakeHR needs to improve their service feature in order to perform advanced functions.

Intuitive and very easy to use. Give managers and employees quickly a very good overview. It can automate many task. We use is to plan ahead and also follow up, for onboarding and now also for expenses.

The one thing we are missing is that we like to be able to set employment status in %, and have a start date for the change and also be able to get a rapport that show these changes. BUT since we haven't brought this to their attention yet it's on us.

It's a simple and to use product that does one thing and does it well.

There are few things are a bit more cumbersome than they should be. It's a basic system, not too many advanced features.

Sage is a great software, you get to capture and manage your payments very well and organized

On Accpac when posting payments, you get those errors batches and you have to repost and its time consuming

Simple and easy to use, have a good user interface and complete features to manage HR system. We can customized the features based on company needs. If I have a question about the feature, the team has a quick response.

I have using cakeHR for more than 6 months, so far there not found difficulty.

Many thanks, Yannick! CakeHR is perfect for companies with an in-house team and for those with remote workers! It connects you all together and makes the company more transparent and efficient.

Very User friendly, and its highly customizable. The support is always there to help you either through live chat or you can book a call. They always come back with an answer. Its always improving with users putting in their input and if the feedback makes sense, it gets integrated for everyone to benefit.

Due to high volume of feedback, you might have to wait until an issue gets resolved. But what matters is that they do resolve it.

This tool allows to register employees in a database and optimize the vacation time and days of absence from work. It notifies you if an employee needs a free day or your vacation, very easy to use, good interface

In the time that we have used it, it has given us many benefits in the part of human resources, therefore I have no complaints until now that something is going wrong, we like it

My biggest pain as CEO was to manage vacation and time-off requests by employees in an old fashioned parper, email, chat form. Now I just get a notification from Cake, that somebody wants to take time off and I just click confirm. Time saver, big time!

I want to still try out the new conditional tasks feature in Cake. Previously assigning tasks for employee onboarding was a bit messy.

I like the ease of use and the range of information that is supplied in the reports. The fact that the employee can customise when they will receive their questionnaire is also very helpful.

I think that the software can be used by employees as a venting room. Often negative comments are made for the sake of making a negative comment, and once we reply to assess where we can help, the employee hides and does not engage further. I think there should be more encouragement within the answers to suggest solutions to resolve issues rather than just vent about them.

Hi Michael, Officevibe is a great tool but it is not CakeHR :D That being said, we're releasing our very own Performance and Survey module for CakeHR customers in a matter of months! I'm really excited to introduce this to you.

CakeHR is really easy to use, has key features and the support is amazing. Booking time off is simple and we can keep track of all leaves to make sure no gaps occur. It's worth every penny- a really financially comfortable software for smaller companies, that usually have less useful options.

A few improvements based on our experience: changing file names would be a great addition, a reminder function that can be customized, more options for data to be included for each employee.

User Interface looks really nice, includes many features and functionality wise is a real improvement when compared to our earlier software, modifications for our company needs are really helpful.

There were some set up issues , but nothing we couldn't overcome. Also, it was a little bit tough to implement correct way of calculating holidays, as the country in which we operate has different way of calculating holidays.

I like the ease of search through the software, the design that is easy to pick up and function through the site.

I do not like how it shows up that I have to approve my own time- seems like there is a lack of separation between my account and myself as an admin

Constantly upgrading to meet customer needs. Challenges we experienced 6 years ago have been satisfactorily rectified. A plus that employees can start the process by submitting their requests for the administrator to approve or otherwise..
