My employees love how easy it is to request leave.

Other features can be complicated to find or use.

Not enough customization in the org chart.

I love that supervisors can easily approve or deny time-off requests at the push of a button. It is so simplistic and easy to use.

I wish there was an ATS included with CakeHR but I am sure as it grows they will build an ATS or have it integrate with other ATS's.

How easy it is for my staff to use without wasting time training them.

I wish it had more features for communication included in the fee

It is generally OK but could end users make use of added functionality such as the ability of users to upload own achievments.

It's an online tool and is easy to access, generally speaking.

There are too many issues with the tool. Booking time off can be infuriating, especially if a mistake is made - for example, it will let you book time off in the past, without a warning, but to rectify you need an admin to decline your request and to start again. The mobile app is also woeful - it literally offers no benefit and I will typically boot my laptop instead.

This product is very user friendly and has the ability to produce great reports.

We liked the ability to create many time off policies, the granular control of assigning different time off policies for different employees and who can approve whose time off.

Documents management could be way better. For starters, we would like the ability to rename files and not have their entire file names listed out. It would be great to be able to sort them into folders. And for employees to be notified of any file uploads. It really ought to behave more like a proper bulletin board and not be an afterthought.

Hi Benjamin, thank you for taking your time to submit the review, some very useful advise and ideas here! :) With regards to Documents Management, couple of things are already in place - e.g. employee notification that a new doc has been uploaded. All the other ideas are excellent and are now added to the pipeline, so please watch this space! :)

I can't download org chart in a pdf version I have to download time off reports to individually distribute them to the managers

Dear Natalie, Thank you for bringing this to our attention! Once transferring 51-200 employee org chart to A4 format, you, unfortunately, will end up with a document that is in an unusable state. We are looking into this issue, but if you already figured out the perfect solution, we would be thrilled if you whisper it to us :)) All in all, there will be some updates in regards to the org. chart any time soon, I'll keep you informed! My favorite feature of Sage is being able to run total expense reports based on a particular project.

There are so many features in Sage that it can get confusing. You also have to really pay attention to permission settings as well.

It addresses many of our company's HR needs in an easy and user friendly way. It has greatly transformed the way we are working and people have embraced it.

Nothing in particular. Could you with some more localisations though but, other than that, only minor annoyances.

A all-in-one HR platform, allowing me to keep a pulse on ALL HR items for our Company. I absolutely love the Assets, Recipes, Onboarding/Offboarding, and Reporting functions.

The PTO policies were giving me an issue. Specifically, the bonus PTO items in the additional options section of the create new policies. In addition, when an employee is added to a particular policy, all PTO for that period is automatically added.

Easy to understand and to use. Lots of good features.

Team Cake HR has been very helpful in implementing and solving all the problems. Our employees have adopted the system very quickly

I'd like to see more integration with G Suite and GDrive. In some ways, it would be good to add more advanced settings. For example, more options for email notification settings. I would appreciate the possibility of importing data for some leave policies,

Organizing data, calculating vacations, attaching assets and hire-chary section. Vacations requests

Mobile app and one of the most features that need improvement is offboarding and tasks, sometimes I completed them or someone else does and I still have the tasks in my dashboard.

I have been using CakeHR for about a year and I'm really happy with overall service. Especially customer support team are very quick and effective! functions are simple and straight forward.

Integration with slack and gcal makes it very simple to use. HR is no longer a problem, everything is done quickly. Mobile app is also very useful

Org management can be a bit harder, as the included builder can get complex with big organizations

It is very easy to use, and really a value added to our company that helps us to arrange internally.

I don't see that there is one point you should focus on it, but everything in technology has to be better over time,
