Sapling felt intuitive and elegant. It provided just enough information and not too much. The documents required for on boarding were easy to f find and fill out.

Not much. Keep it simple and easy to navigate.

Simplicity, the way it shows information and let me keep tracking for my personal information.

Maybe there are a couple of information asked that is not that relevant for me.

It is organized and easy to understand. It also made me feel comfortable that there are several new joinees like me who are joining.

nothing stood out but if I have to be picky, I'd say it might be a good idea to add number of tasks remaining to the updates summary page.

It was extremely clear to use and quick. Made the process very easy when in the past the onboarding process was more difficult.

I do not have any criticism of the software, I think it was very good.

Having a list of what I needed to accomplish during onboarding was extremely helpful and allowed me to stay focused as I ramped up.

Could have been better integrated with other tools I was using like Slack and Gmail.

I noticed some links in the documents where not clickable until downloaded.

The emails reminding you about HR pending activities.

Some interfaces have bugs. For example, I cannot properly scroll the Org Chart . I haven't tried other platforms, might be a problem only when using Chrome on Mac.

Very intuitive and easy to use. I had no problems going through the process of pre-boarding.

Only complaint was that the text identifying the headers was grey on a background of white, making it hard to see where exactly the boxes to type were.

Some of the area's were not where i expected but once i understood the layout it was easy to navigate

I was able to read so much about the company and am able to prepare for my first day very easily from the tasks that were assigned to me.

The initial log-in process. You have to say that you forgot your password before creating a new account.

I liked the ease of going from step to step, the paperless documents, and the ability to edit profiles and view your team easily.

It took me a minute to understand the messaging but picked it up quickly.

Onboarding process was quick and easy to understand. I could quickly find my tasks and make sure I had them all checked off prior to employment and also access the documents I need!

I did not find any issues with using the software

It was very user friendly and had a great interface. It also feels personal.

I actually can't think of anything right now but my boss did mention some back-end stuff. I guess I'll find out...

The chat option worked well and my questions were responded to by the team.

The original link to sign in did not work. I had to modify the URL and use the forgot password to login to my account.

Sapling was super easy to use and made my onboarding a breeze.

The past due reminders can be a little aggressive at times. I received several alerts saying I was past due starting on day 1.

The software is very easy to use. The interface is concise

The software may need more features, but this is my first time to use the software, so I can not think of much to add.

Overall, the software was good. It was fairly easy to use and very intuitive.

For items I had to sign, I was required to upload an image for each document rather than being able to load it once and use it for all of them.

It made all of the onboarding forms and rigamarole that will take the first few days of starting at the company fast and easy.

I had no issues with the software. It worked well.

No additional help given for tax forms, and some tax forms that require a worksheet don't have the worksheet lines fillable.
