Pros
SENSITIVE CONTENT] were awesome during the implementation period. They went the extra mile to ensure we were up and ready by our desired deadline.
I love it for managing payroll and benefits. The Sentric support team is always helpful, responsive and.
I like that the software has a nice appealing layout. It is easy to use and easy to navigate.
Cons
I think that sometimes questions or requests are lost in translation when it comes to email. There have been times when what I have attempted to communicate has not being interpreted correctly.
The reports are difficult to learn and run and limited in the fields.
The only complaint we had was one of our employees has some trouble with the mobile app … otherwise we have found no other problems.
