Many "feature requests" aka 'options' to submit to maneuver within.

This system is online and the scheduling overall is great, however when pulling reports it's not great. Options needed must be submitted through their support team or forum, and they can't provide an ETA or guarantee that it will be processed. The time off requests do not coincide with payroll reports. Time clock reports are not accurate for the laws for California with regards to OT and overnight shifts, they are not implemented. Their app is NOT up and running to what they state as we continue to have GPS error after error when we have an IP address in place, their system allows for clocking in/out outside of the IP address. Customer service seem to google and paste what they find based on a key word, which is not helpful. They don't provide ETA's and a lot of time is spent following up with them, they do not follow up with you, yet they send many emails on rating the experience received, which is not great considering the requests have not been rectified. There are many, many bumps along their road that need to be worked out in order to make their system great, especially with their app & reports. Their system is easy to use when scheduling and maneuvering within, however since there are many wall barriers, it does not make it easy to "utilize".

This was the first online scheduling software we tried, but because of the glitches we had to find a new product. We ended up going with 7shifts, and we've stayed with that for 2+ years. I hope they've been able to improve the product.

Pros
Easy to use - it was very user-friendly and easy to figure out

Cons
When we used the program a little over two years ago, it had bad glitches, so employees would get incorrect schedules - essentially, what you published as the administrator was not always what the employees saw. This was confirmed through phone calls and screenshots.

Lots of bugs and complications.

I should have probably expected more of the bugs we encountered as we used humanity, but honestly, the customer service when dealing with these bugs is awful. They black hole you with promises to get things fixed and never do anything about it. We have used them for several months and are fed up with them. Their app never functions correctly either. Lot's of good ideas very poorly executed.
