I have seen this used at my son's school and found it works great for the office too. Nice backgrounds to make it fun.
Overall SignUpGenius has been amazing to use and signing up through this platform is flawless.
I liked the ease of use and the ability to add or edit without starting over. I also liked being able to choose whether or not participants can see others who have signed up.

This is a great company to work with. We definitely recommend them if you have ticketing needs.
The owner is helpful with marketing ideas and he is there at our events to help with the process.
Cons
And because you can receive and email when new sign ups are available, you don't have to worry about your child losing a newsletter or remembering an announcement made at school.
It is a bit difficult to cancel once you have signed up. You have to email the administrator and have them cancel it for you.
The website was a little disorganized but it's possible that part was designed by the places I used to sign up. But if its orange and black it was ugly and out of date.
Cons
The only downside that comes to mind is that they are located on the West Coast and we are on the East Coast.
If it weren't for Event Essentials professionalism and expertise, our event would have suffered the pains of our past years with slow attendee registration and processing through the event gates.
My biggest disappointment was that we didn't get started sooner. I am already looking forward to next year's event knowing we have these tools at our disposal from day one.
