I have seen this used at my son's school and found it works great for the office too. Nice backgrounds to make it fun.
Overall SignUpGenius has been amazing to use and signing up through this platform is flawless.
I liked the ease of use and the ability to add or edit without starting over. I also liked being able to choose whether or not participants can see others who have signed up.
Pros
It’s always nice to have a second set of eyes to check your work when you’re setting up any new program, and even better when they take the time to hold your hand and walk you through it.
Modern platform with beautiful UI and responsive customer service.
A Great platform for building a community, engage and scale up. It helped my community grow from a few dozen of members to thousands.
Cons
And because you can receive and email when new sign ups are available, you don't have to worry about your child losing a newsletter or remembering an announcement made at school.
It is a bit difficult to cancel once you have signed up. You have to email the administrator and have them cancel it for you.
The website was a little disorganized but it's possible that part was designed by the places I used to sign up. But if its orange and black it was ugly and out of date.
Cons
Some things that bug me about the software are the mostly small things that can probably be fixed in an update, but to me are annoying. In the chat session hitting enter will not send the chat.
Not mission critical, but an annoyance for me. When uploading an avatar img there is not a way to move the picture around and center the face.
When we first moved to it, the features were a little more limited.
