I learn more about Dentistry and so do the users.
It's easy to set clients up for training and I like being able to see what they are working on and have completed.
I wish the software would remind clients who quit doing the course to begin again. (It might somehow, but I don't know that yet.)

The customer service and our sales representative, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] are like none we've ever dealt with before. They are very quick to respond. They reach out all the time and check on us to make sure we are doing well. Any time we have stumbled into anything they have always been right on the spot to assist us.
After reviewing several different software companies we found that SkyPrep was the easiest one to learn quickly, which we needed. All of our modules were downloaded with no problems at all.

I love how it is virtually pleasing, neat and understandable. You can use it using your phone, very efficient. The student can learn their courses individually or in a group which is great.
No so much for the con. Maybe a feature which let you start again once you unable to finish the courses.

Overall Skyprep has made our training function operate in a much more efficient way. E-learning and even ILT course tracking have been made much simpler.
Skyprep is extremely easy to implement and navigate. From an admin perspective, we are able to easily learn and utilize new functions without reaching out to support and our learners appreciate the ease of use and very rarely need help navigating the learning platform when it is time to take courses.
Sometimes there are buggy things that happen when content loads for learners but nothing too disruptive. It may be user error, we have not yet been able to confirm.

I have 80 Employees working in 12 states. Skyprep allows me to keep them all trained and compliant. For my money Skyprep is unbeatable. The app is very easy to learn, its simple to add courses and exams. My file cabinets stay empty because Skyprep is storing all my records, the whole set up is just fantastic. The icing on the cake it the Customer Service. They are always available and always solve my problems. And trust me the problems are always on my end, the app has never failed. LOL I just can't find anything wrong with this LMS.

Skyprep is excellent to work with and provide great customer service. We appreciate their efforts to evolve and update their features. If I had to choose another LMS all over again, I would choose SkyPrep again!
The software is quite easy to learn/use and helps our team work more efficiently in delivering, tracking, and reporting on trainings. The help feature provides excellent resources for learning and navigating the system (directions, pictures, and links to other resources). The content developer is excellent for categorizing the courses and is very user friendly. The amount of storage provides the capability...
Other than a few extra clicks when navigating to and through trainings, nothing. The program works consistently and the LMS performs every time. If you encounter any unexpected limitation, all you need to do is call SkyPrep and their team will explain possible solutions or work through the limitation to create a new solution.
