switch around within the functionalities are not that easy and need to be improved. also missing adding function to include candidates coming from other sources.

getting rid of legacy in recruiting - focusing on digitizing the recruiting business process

They digitize the recruiting process to an extend, that a corporation can think over to free-up recruiters and ask the line manager to recruite in a self-service modus

Cons

regarding the software nothing comes to my mind actually. From my point of view it might be an issue, that softfactors AG is located in Switzerland and that it is a start-up. Well it is fast growing, but still a start-up

intuitive and generally easy to use; easy collaboration in recruiting process; professional and efficient handling of large numbers of candidates possible
