The main benefits of implementation for the organisation were/are GDPR compliant management of applicant data, more sophisticated recruitment data analytics, an enhanced candidate experience and efficiency gains in the process overall.

Pros

The software is very user-friendly and intuitive as confirmed by hiring managers and other colleagues involved in selection processes in the organisation after 6+ months of introduction and roll-out (very popular features are in particular internal requests for approval of new requisitions and the interview scorecard to facilitate assessment of candidacies). The implementation was a very smooth process thanks also to the excellent customer support at Softgarden. Feedback to follow-up questions is always very quick and helpful and requests for customization are also considered and (where possible) realized.

Cons

The Softgarden Shop including the recruitment advertisement channels with a direct interface could be expanded to include more recruitment advertisement channels especially if these are channels highly relevant and frequently used by the hiring organisation (as also depending on the market operating in, in terms of both profiles hired for and desired reach both nationally and internationally).

The follow-up and coordination of several applicants is simple and clearly organized.

Pros

Easy to use all the necessary functions, save working time, great time saving support very easy to handle the individual design of the job ad creation, the interface is really clean.

Cons

I had technical problems, many changes in the tool in a short time. More flexibility is needed to adapt the software to any need.

Im Großen und Ganzen sind wir mit Softgarden sehr zufrieden. Natürlich gibt es noch die ein oder andere Funktion, die wir noch an unsere Bedürfnisse anpassen müssen, aber daran wird gearbeitet und die Vorteile überwiegen dennoch.

Pros

Zudem ist Softgarden ein übersichtliches, intuitives und stark individualisierbares Recruitingsystem, das sowohl für Recruiter/-innen als auch Bewerbende sehr gut funktioniert.

Cons

Bei manchen Funktionen fehlt die HR-Prozess-Perspektive bzw. einige Prozessschritte sind theoretisch und aus Sicht der Softwareentwickung gut durchdacht, aber in der Praxis für unsere Arbeitsprozesse, die auf das High-Volume-Recruiting ausgelegt sind, weniger praktikabel.

Wir sind vom manuellen auf einzelnen Portalen Schalten und dem Management von Bewerberprozessen durch Listen und Tabellen zum Softgarden System gewechselt.

Cons

Wenn es einen Änderungswunsch gäbe, dann wäre es die Ansicht und Sortierung der Bewerberprofile in der "Advanced View" Ansicht. Profile sollten hier wie in der "Card View" Ansicht nach Bewertung sortiert werden können.

It's a huge time-saver for all people working in HR in our company

Applicants can apply easily online, the software automates a lot of processes which is time-saving for the user, documents can be shared with the team and the customer service

Cons

Unfortunately it is not possible to edit the mail-templates by yourself or delete double applicants (at the moment)

Am besten gefällt mir die einfache Integration und die leichte Bedienbarkeit auch für Nutzer, die softgarden nicht täglich verwenden.

Cons

Fällt mir nichts ein. Ich bin wirklich positiv überrascht und bekomme von den Beteiligten ebenfalls nur positives Feedback. Natürlich gibt es ab und an ein paar Dinge, die man in der Praxis eventuell anders lösen würde, aber auch hier gibt es Möglichkeiten zur Anpassung, was mir sehr gefällt.

Stellenportalen möglich. Attraktive Angebote bei den Stellenportalen. Übersichtliche Kategorisierung der Bewerber. Keine Hotline, sondern ein fester Ansprechpartner, der uns seit der Einführung begleitet und für alle Fragen umgehend eine Antwort liefert.

Cons

Prozesse nicht immer intuitiv ersichtlich, aber dank guter Beratung und etwas Übung kein Problem
