Time savings.

Pros

The amount of time we have saved by utilizing this service for the first step in our interviewing process! The cost is very reasonable and worth the value!

Cons

Product does not work well for Manufacturing candidates because of computer familiarity for this group of candidates.

Pros

It was nice being able to get an idea of the candidate's personality before bringing them further into the interview process.

Cons

The resumes weren't attached. I feel like that should be required before they even record their interviews.

Pros

I did a video interview through Spark Hire and it was quite painless and smooth! Everything was straight forward and there were no surprises-- recording time, questions were clear, etc.

Cons

Nothing! This is a great way to conduct video interviews.

Excellent!

Pros

I like that it saves me time in the interview process AND I love the video messaging and calendaring applications. Great training and support!

Cons

I think it's weird that you have to create a question set in the question set area, but you can edit the questions in the interview area. That has caused me a couple of challenges, but I got past it.

A nice to have

Pros

Spark hire is super efficient for the hiring process. The user interfaces are super intuitive and the functionality continues to grow. The updates have been really impressive and allows us to do many things

Cons

Should have a more flexible pricing plan. There is always going to be a fluctuation in job openings. Sometimes 10 and sometimes none. More often than not it is none. But in order to use spark hire, we would consistently be paying the service for 10 job openings

Pros

The platform is clean and professional. Customer service is awesome. Really easy to use. Love the scheduling feature.

Cons

No ability to screen share with the candidate being interviewed. The candidate has to download an app before beginning the interview.
