Pros and cons
Their customer service is very good; great after sales care and they will often be able to take care of things like minor customizations on their end if you ask for it.
Love the system, the outputs and the excellent, responsive support from the Spidergap Team.
Free trial, prices for paid plans are good, has great reports and is very easy to use. Support is always very helpful.
The way the software visualizes feedback can be terribly misleading.
Struggling to find fault - am so used to glitches/issues/poor customer service - not here.
