Really good experience, when I had issues with uploading files this was resolved swiftly. Its easy to navigate and anything you dont know its usually easy to find.

The most important feature for me is being able to push articles out to either our whole team or targeted groups, across multiple platforms. Our customer success manager has been fantastic.

Very positive - it is a useful system and the support I have had from StaffCircle has been wonderful whenever I have had an issue.

I love that it is a central place for all of yours and your team members' goals and objectives. The news feed is great for keeping up to date on things going on in the organisation.

Adding holidays and absence is very straightforward, calendar is also very useful for overview of who is where. StaffCircle integration with Teams is a nice touch too.

It's a good tool to give praise to fellow employees, and to have a staff directory.

This platform will grow with our business and that is so appealing. Great value for money, we're a small business and didn't have the capacity to invest hundreds of thousands of pounds.

Overall experience has been good and so far been very user friendly.

The customer support and implementation has been amazing, a well thought out and user friendly experience, nothing is too much trouble.

It si reasonable easy to use; the support is always excellent - once a ticket is raised it is dealt with all the way thorough and followed up.

Can move between looking at my profile and the profiles I manage with ease. SMART goals are trackable and have features that make it quick to update.

Performance management - integrates very well with our existing systems and provides opportunities for us to enhance these further.

Great platform but you have to be willing to invest time learning how to use it effectively.

As a small business it was really difficult to track anything centrally.

From a user standpoint, I've currently experienced no obvious cons to StaffCircle.

The technical support staff have also been great when I have had problems with users struggling to reset their passwords, they respond quickly and are helpful.

Clerical Assistant

Some staff have had difficulty with submitting appraisals and feedback.

There's not much to say here, I can't think of anything that I don't like.

Very easy to use and understand

My overall experience with StaffCircle has been positive, with the platform offering valuable tools for managers. The seamless integration of goal-setting features has been a game-changer, providing clarity and structure to our team's objectives. While the interface could be more intuitive, once accustomed to it, the platform proves effective in streamlining processes.

Using StaffCircle has been one of my better experiencing with using an online HR system. I would certainly recommend the use of this system, it is very simple to use, yet has everything we need for out businesses needs.
