Professional - Focused - result drive - efficient - effective !!!!!!!
The Automation and accuracy is a game changer, business process, ability, management tools, ease of receiving statistical information is a game changer. It is Industry Leader in a world where campaigns and activations can be extremely people intensive, by implementing this software we are better placed to work with people and drive results for our clients than being "bogged" down with admin. The GPS check has provided so much ease of mind that people are in fact actually where they say they are - its builds trust with teams and clients, it also adds huge credibility.
Converting onto any system is always a challenge until you understand the process, I do think there is work required with the explanation of various functionality and perhaps giving practical examples, short voice recorded videos may assist. The more we use it in "real time" we discover areas that could be added. but the team have been incredibly helpful to assist and also add things along the way....

We had been filling gigs by chasing a large bunch of contractors - phone, email, text, ambush . With StaffConnect, our people, see the posted gigs and come to us via the Software. It seems up to 80% of the gigs self-fill. Leaving only about 20% for us to chase - a huge increase in efficiency. Also because it is icloud based, we all can easily work from anywhere.
Staff Connect is greatly simplifying what was a rather complex manual system of scheduling, tracking and getting reports from hundreds of independent contractors. It seems, every time we saw a problem, StaffConnect had the solution. StaffConnect Support is simply the best I have experienced. They are knowledgeable, quick to respond, extremely patient and calmly resist sarcasm when the answer to my question is right in front of me. The team went far and beyond in helping create the complex reports required by our business.
Some of our contractors are struggling utilizing their side of the software, which has taken more time than I was prepared for. However, that is pretty typical of any new system.

The customer service team is always there to help with any questions or glitches and reply promptly and solve problems efficiently. The dedicated team at staff connect also created an amazing complex feature upon our request (with a tight deadline!) which allowed us to make a huge payment structure transition with ease.
There are a few processes that could be simplified or reordered allowing for greater ease of use.

I have used this software for several years and have always had every issue dealt with promptly. highly recommended
Colour coding makes the interface super visual and increases ease of use. Connectivity to users simplifies booking and re-booking staff. Additionally, the support that is offered is second to none and aside from some locations issues, the app is brilliant.
The app has some locating problems with the newer parts of Melbourne and staff sometimes struggle to check in.
