Pros

I like that you can cascade different objectives to different people and that its easy to use. I love how you can track performance and keep files on employees.
Picking a system that will be useful and accepted by your organization will come at a premium price. However, you'll lose credibility if you go with a less quality system that isn't accepted.
Successfactors looks great and makes it easy to use the software. It can be effortlessly integrated into the SAP ecosystem, including the classic HCM on Prem system.

Pros

Cons

Completing reviews can be a bit cumbersome (lots of sending info back and forth). If you make an error when updating someone's information/details/review it can be difficult to fix the error.
Sometimes new releases change things in the platform and I have discovered that every now and then we lost some features we had in the past.
The customer support is awful. To put in a ticket, you have to research the topic on their site before it lets you submit a ticket.
