Overall, it has been a positive service that has allowed us to create a repeatable training process for our organization in an affordable manner. 

It meets our needs on a budget

Britini, what a great and insightful review! It is fantastic hearing that our knowledge base has helped set up your portal without too much trouble! Regarding plans and user limits, maybe you could look into Active plans ? Active Plans let you register an unlimited number of users. Their pricing is based on the number of different users that login to your portal each month. Those plans come with soft limits. We do not prevent users from logging in if your plan limit has been reached!

Overall it has been a great experience. Their support is always helpful and timely, they rarely have service disruptions (despite a massive increase in e-learning following COVID) and they have continued to improve the features of the product.

My experience with TalentLMS has been positive. The platform provided a user-friendly and efficient way to create and deliver online courses. The intuitive course creation process, extensive customization options, and seamless integration with other tools made it a versatile and powerful learning management system. The robust reporting and analytics tools allowed for monitoring learner progress and evaluating the effectiveness of the courses. While there were some areas where additional features could be beneficial, TalentLMS proved to be a reliable and valuable platform for online learning.

From my very first encounter with the TalentLMS team, I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and fantastic customer service! Every question was answered promptly with care and knowledge. 

Working in TalentLMS is a dream experience in that there are so many online learning resources available. It is so easy and quick to get up and running with it – most intuitive LMS I’ve come across so far. If the answer isn’t online, then a quick email to my customer representative returns a very quick response, and if it is a technical question in nature, it is forwarded to the TalentLMS Technical Support team ASAP for a speedy turnaround time.

In my opinion, we couldn’t possibly be happier with any alternative LMS.

Overall I'm able to offer a one-stop shop for our staff to access important training material, which is especially helpful for mandatory company-wide trainings we have to have staff complete and report on completion.

In a single sentence, I would put it as the best shop for all your training requirements. This fantastic software has everything covered for you for your training needs. Yes, this is a bit expensive but you have to understand that the functionality is much better than its rivals. Overall I completely recommend this.

Absolutely a pleasure! I only converted my business over so that I could remain operating in response to the health and safety concerns related to COVID 19. I was absolutely terrified by converting my business over and was not sure how this would work. It has been a business saver! I am not a technical person the support available has been the best.

We previously did the majority of our training in person. As a result of Covid, we switched everything to online learning, both synchronous (with Zoom) and asynchronous. TalentLMS easily connected with Zoom to allow us to do both, depending on the course and the people being trained. And thankfully our users have found it easy to use the platform.

Exceptional Learning Management System for Global Training Needs

Talent has enabled my organization to standardize our training, create long-term training infrastructure, and consolidate the training workload into one role, improving efficiency and saving both time and money. It is by far the most affordable training solution that we could identify, and with TalentLibrary, it is the most robust training solution available for our use-case.

The Best Solution for Our Need

Overall I have been very satisfied with it, in fact, we upgraded earlier this year. I would like to see some more enhancements, but it has exceeded my hopes for it.

Since I was seeing great reviews, and was very happy with the usability of the platform when trining it,  I dived in, with a client. I have to say that we've lost a ton of time fixing basic issues. We are locked in this LMS for now but I don't think I can ever recommend it again before there are major changes.  The pricing was very appealing for not profit organizations but the time we spent fixing issues would have make buying a solid LMS worth. It's really ok if you need to only use external content, but I'd advise not to build anything in Talent.

We know that finding an LMS to suit all your needs is a tricky process, and this is one of the reasons why TalentLMS offers a forever free plan: to make sure that you will pay for something you really need when you decide to upgrade. Regarding the editor, know that our developers team is working on improving it to make it more robust! 

We have felt duped by the sales people at TalentLMS. Our account manager is unhelpful and unengaged. We are disappointed that we cannot create true learning paths and curricula for certain learners and groups. The platform is clunky. Reporting is a disaster and requires exporting to Excel or Google Sheets and hours of manual work to generate useful analytics.

TalentLMS does not have curricula, but if this is a feature that is important to you, you may find eFront to better suit your needs.

Currently a new version of TalentLMS is in the works. TalentLMS+ Beta has a revamped UI and generative AI features, and you can already switch to this version from your admin portal.

Starting with TalentLMS has been critical for our organizational training, particularly the branch feature, mobile app, and easy-to-use interface. The customer service has been fantastic and the price is affordable. I'd recommend it.

The product works, customer support is great. There are some rough edges that could be improved, but some of those will only apply to specific use cases.
