Not a good product

2016-11-04

, reporting has been broken for weeks, it's truly impossible to use effectively and really gives a lot of downtime for our business. Bullhorn seems like the best product out there and we are moving to them.

Pros

Some of the reps are very knowledgable, i really like the reporting (though complex),

Cons

Terrible UI and user experience, the service is hit or miss (some smart reps) but it's not on the phone (all online and not always available). So many issues that simply cannot be fixed, time and money spent unnecessarily and productivity is down.

Recommendations to others considering Jobscience

Get a very strong tech guy and deal with poor search, otherwise just go elsewhere.

Power CRM/ATS

2018-03-26

Bullhorn just bought Jobscience and is now a powerhouse ATS/CRM for all sized companies.

Pros

User interface, support, company direction, communication, innovation, proactive nature in dealing with customers old and new

Cons

Sometimes the number of features can be overwhelming and there is definitely a learning curve when coming from a competitor product.

Incredibly easy to customize and use

2018-06-15

I love bullhorn and I've used several ATS's including Taleo, iCIMS, Jobscience and more.

Pros

Customization, easy to use, support is 100% knowledgeable and always available. Great customer service

Cons

System can be a bit slow sometimes - back office on boarding was tedious but not terrible. No other issues
