Got my managers and teams talking to each other which ultimately is the key thing about performance management.
Most systems like these are really clunky and the challenge in my organisation (5,000 FTEs + contingent) is that what I really need to achieve is behaviour change and most performanc management systems are old fashioned IT led.
Beyond that I'd say the desktop version is amazing and the mobile version takes a bit of getting used - the tinder style swipe is very cool once you get used to it.
