Transparency for all employees and ALDI DK, better payroll with deep dive possibilities, live KPI overview, intergtration possibilities, and an API ready software.
easy to use, great overview of hopurs for an employee, live data, great KPI overview, time efficient for our planners, monthly improvements and our needs and wishes are often quickly fixed and developed.
Some more back end data available for the administrators.

außerordentlich!! (Ich habe den direkten Vergleich, da ich vorher Atoss eingerichtet habe und Admin war) sehr benutzerfreundlich sehr innovativ und sehr gut durchdacht
-intuitives und komfortables Arbeiten -fast komplett selbständige Konfiguration des Systems durch uns -der Aufbau des Systems ist sehr gut durchdacht -riesige Bandbreite an Möglichkeiten (gute Reports, Lohnexport, Stammdatenbank mit Historie, Planung mit Produktivität, Kundenfrequenz und Personalkosten (SOll+ IST),und noch mehr

With Tamigo team, the colaboration is truly very good. We resolving issues, errors, processing fast the configurations, they are creative to find solutions to cover our needs and many more. So I will describe my overall experience with Tamigo as a very satisfied client who have many projects to work more with Tamigo Team!
We are satisfied with Tamigo as it is offering a solution in one for our workforce management needs. Scheduling, payroll, timesheets, abesnce are the most improtant tools using in our daliy business 24/7. Our employees are up-to date with their shifts, flex, vacation balances etc just with one click through app in a very easy and friendly enviroment. I would also like to mentioned that the support team is always very helpful, providing us prompt response and solutions when pop-up any challenges.
We are in process of the ADP integration. So now we are getting more familiar with the software feautures. Developement needs are taking longer time to come into completion which affecting our daily operations. However, other solutions are always being offered by Tamigo team which we are highly appreciated and working until each project is completed.

It´s easy to make the schedules for my employees, and do corrections if needed. It´s very good that my employees can swop watches between them, and it is reflected in Tamigo instantly after my approval.
It would be advantageous if I could give the cells different colours, so the schedules would appear more clearly when trying to spot a specific employee on a specific day. I very often need to overlook more than 5 weeks at a time when working on the schedules, so an option of choosing as many weeks as wanted would be nice! The features on your mobile do not always work as expected eg when trying to swop your watch with a colleague. It would also be nice if your one-week schedule could be shown as your front/opening page on your mobile. We miss notifications eg when my employees are waiting for me to accept their request for watch swop.

Tamigo hat das Leben des Store Management erleichtert, jedoch müssen auch alle Mitarbeiter gut abgeholt werden. Tamigo hat uns sehr gut dabei begleitet und man findet immer gemeinsam eine Lösung.
Ich liebe die Einfachheit und intuitive Bedienung von tamigo. Besonders für die Stores die Einsatzpläne.
Leider gefällt mir nicht so gut, dass Urlaubstage nicht als halber Tag beantragt werden können und Einsatzpläne nicht für ein ganzes Jahr im Voraus angeschaut werden können.

we are geting more detail on our salery, meaning that we are able to improve the right places. Best of all is our employees, the transparency in there work hours and salery are world class.
it is intuitively too work with, easy to learn new employee, very easy to navigate in and to change in the setup so that it suits your company.
there are some small things in "edit rota". the way it counts is funne and does not make sense for us. but i know that Tamigo is looking into it.

Great tool and good a providing relevant reports
I like that the tool is helping our store managers in their daily work - it is easy to use, when you first have an understanding of how the tool works and what it can do for you.
The absence module is not very easy to use for the managers, since they are most often working with the rota it self. Tamigo touch: Not always easy to log in the first time
