Great & easy tool for insights into the teams mood

We are using TeamEcho to get insights into our teams mood. They use it to evaluate the company and working environment as well as for anonymous comments and discussions. This leads to a lot of transparency and gives us (the leadership team) insights which we can address in our daily work and in team meetings.

Pros

Easy to use, anonymus, clear ui, simple to understand, web-based, trustworthy, team accepted it instantly and uses it (in general)

Cons

Depends on the team if usage leads to proper results or if only the dissatisfied ones are actively using it on a regular base (which falsifies the results).

Great tool to get a realtime-feeling for team spirit

Pros

Easy-to-use for all Kinds of employees, almost no onboarding/implementation effort, great for fulfilling legal requirements and getting really valuable and timely insights into the current team atmosphere. Effects exceede pure Analytics, the opportunity alone for employees to express their feelings toward their colleagues/the Company at any time they feel like it has a tremendously positive effect on Team Climate.

Cons

the somewhat cumbersome Login process (click link in email to get to Login screen to log in to Service) could be simplified, i suggest some kind of browser plugin or mobile app to be able to Access the Service with one click.

get real insights in company mood; the harder part is handling the feedback the surveys and to set action items. It would be great if TeamEcho would also offer advice and support concerning that.

Easy usage, great support, company adaptions possible

Display of comments a bit confusing (especially if you have many comments)

Best software that creates an organisational benefit immediately

I prefer to get the feedback from our team immediately. Even if it's sometimes hard, but atleast we know if something is bothering someone or a whole group and can react to it. With a disciplined team that wants to move forward, it is a must.

Pros

It's simple to use. Not more than 10 secs needed for a weekly survey. Trends and moods of teams is immediately visible.

Cons

Not much to say. Software hasn't received tons of new features. But maybe thats also something positive ;)

Pros

Short and regular surveys allow me to get a transparent picture about my company culture and "team health".

Cons

There's nothing I can really add here. We've been using it for a while now and it does everything it promises to do.

Amazing tool to track your employees happiness

Pros

TeamEcho gives you an overview of the current state of mind of employees and gives everyone in the company or team the chance to change something about it; it also helps leads figure out which areas employees are least happy with.

Cons

We are facing an issue with smaller teams (<5 people), as they have to be either left out completely or have to be included in a different team or department, which doesn't represent their mood/feelings and might distort the actual team's outcome.
