Pros and cons

I like the ability to create different groups abd share files easily. Integration for our organization was pretty seamless.
It's been nice to have the ability to track all Covid-19 cases and exposure when we were in the height of the pandemic.
Overall I enjoy the ease of use and features. I like being able to quickly send chats and share files with team members.
As an administrator, it is frustrating to have to select all employees before you can search for an employee.
The software can be time consuming when there are mistakes on the associates name.
At this time I have no answer in reference to software.

Team Sense from a Managers stand point

Pros

Quick and easy to understand staffing at start of shift to make adjustments as needed. I know from emails before I get to work who has already called off. I can go to reports to make manager notes and time sheet code changes at a later date.

Cons

No improvements as of now- I am glad you changed it from having to run a report to see who called out. That saves so much time! Thanks

Easy to use and customizable!

It's been nice to have the ability to track all Covid-19 cases and exposure when we were in the height of the pandemic.

Pros

Easy to customize a last minute communication that needs to go to employees outside of business hours. Especially for those employees that don't have company email.

Cons

As an administrator, it is frustrating to have to select all employees before you can search for an employee. Small detail but should be an easy fix for the software designer.

Contact Tracing

It helped us contact trace when we stopped requiring temperature checks

Pros

Setting up and adding employees is very easy. Customer service manages issues in a timely manner and resolved every issue (minor). We use a text message service so employees do not need to upload an app and tracking is easy on my laptop so I do not need to install an app either.

Cons

Employees tend to forget or decide to stop answering the text messages. Also, being able to create or print a list of who selected "clear" wasn't easy. "Exporting" a list wasn't always accurate as days blended together in the document.

Absolutely fabulous! We regularly exchange ideas on product capabilities and improvements. The teams is always looking to continue to develop the software into what customers want and need.

Pros

The software and the team behind it are easy to use and we have been able to flex and enhance the system as our individual business needs change.

Cons

We've only really had issues with the mobile carriers kicking out surveys.

TeamSense is a great user friendly software!

Pros

I like how interactive and user friendly this software is.

Cons

Updating or syncing time off requests is a manual process that is not linked to the actual timecard system in use.

Amazing app

Pros

This software is really easy to use and accessible to our associates. It is easy to navigate.

Cons

There was a time where all of our associates were calling out and different names were associated to their accounts that didnt belong.

some software glitches and notices being sent out twice causes confusion with my employees

Generally very positive.

Pros

Open form responses from associates allows them to tell us more about what's giong on.

Cons

The limitation of 100 characters or so prevents us from sending some messages with the wording our company has carefully chosen. Also, the link hub is not very intuitive for many in our workforce.
