TeleReference automatically notifies candidates’ contacts to collect their references, records their answers to a range of behavior-based questions, and notifies candidates when their reference is completed and ready to be shared with potential employers.
Recorded references are stored in TeleReference, allowing candidates to share these with new employers in future job searches.
Employers can access all reference recording in TeleReference at any time, from anywhere.
Video references, written references, and phone references can all be collected, automatically, with authentication via social media for written references, and an automated telephone system for collecting phone references.
Employers enter referee contact info in TeleReference, and can then monitor progress from the dashboard, while TeleReference notifies and reminds referees, records references, and generates notifications for completed references.
