We receive many applications these days of people that don't customize their resume cover letter or haven't even read the job description. Test Gorilla helps to manage the influx of applications and weed out non-qualified applicants

It would be great if it integrates better with our overall recruiting process rather than being a stand alone solution.

i like the pre-built tests. I took them myself before giving them out and I thought they were accurate in their assesment of me.

The UI could be more user friendly, especially as I try see who took tests. I also dont get notified when people took a test.

Ease of use and the wide range of templates.

The limitation on the amount of days you get for each assessment should be increased.

Super easy to set up. Was up and running in 10 minutes.

Very user friendly and simple to navigate

Many areas only had entry level and advanced- no mid / jr level

Like ability to select multiple subjects and add custom questions. Convenient to see all scores for candidates side by side

It would like to be able to have a library of questions to pick from when creating custom questions.

What I like the most is the ease of use and that with a single tool I can test candidates in culture fit, personality, coding skills, and knowledge.

It would be nice if they had a free tier. The test library could be bigger.

Helps me evaluate candidates with the test questions from different domains

I would like to have a feature to randomize the test questions so that the people who attended won't be able to pass the questions to next candidates

The pre-bulit assessments and how easy it was to send out to candidates for them to take the assessments.

Cost is a little high for only using for one job requisition. But, worthwhile if needing an outside assessment.

Easy to set up, the customer service is astounding! Love the variety of tests and assessments available

I don't like that we are limited to the # of tests we can build. The cost is way too high to limit the total number of tests, even at the lower levels.

It's amazing how a small company can outsmart huge screening big players in this industry. TestGorilla does what the big players don't. Make screening procedures a breeze!!

Some tests can be improved, but that'll be easy to do over time.

It is easy and intuitive to use. It has so many tests to choose from. You can create packages with the test you need for a candidate.

We needed to confirm and test attention to detail for three candidates. This helped choose the standout candidate who has proven to be a brilliant hire.

Would be good for a smaller firm like ours to use the software on a per-hire basis

Ability blend 5 tests into an hour for a variety of skills

Some tests seem a bit hit & miss, I use this to knock out least suitable candidates which it excels at but difficult to use for ranking of top 3 or 5 for example.
