this software is much more accessible than traditional Aptitude testing, and covers a wide range of areas to suit most business processes.

Assessments are easy to set up. The ability to preview a few questions is very helpful. Assessment difficulty is balanced. It really helped to select the right candidates.

It would be great to get notified when candidates complete an assessment.

Good application with various templates and customizable questionnaires for Assessments and recruiting. It helps in screening resumes and scheduling interviews very easily.

Some time it hangs when we do the search with filtering. May be it's our network issue. Other than everything looks good though!

The ease of use and the ability to see sample tests

I wish there was a way for non-experts can understand the test a bit more. I used a web dev test and as a non-web dev person, it was hard for me to understand the answers for each question and how they determine the skill level of the person i'm testing.

Quick to setup and cost was attractive......

Lack of test review features at the specific questions/answer level

We're making a concerted effort to avoid unconscious bias and this helps us do that by relying on data instead of listen to our collective gut.

I don't have anything else to compare it to, but I don't have any complaints so far

It is very user friendly and easy to use with zero training.
