    Pros
    We have all been very impressed with it- the system is very user friendly, the rewards are instant & the range of rewards are great, there are so many options.
    Overall I think Mo is a great platform and has certainly increased collaboration between departments throughout the organisation. It also encourages a sense of pride and motivation in the work we do.
    Really polished UI, Great stores to redeem rewards from, the platform encourages community engagement.
    Cons
    Sometimes I experience difficulties logging in when the start process just continues to circle around and you have to close all systems and start again. This also does not always sole the problem.
    I don't have any major complaints if at all about Mo. At the start I would say the variety of places to spend points was limited but they are always expanding the selection.
    There is nothing at the moment that i don't like.
